BEACH-HOUSE - Room for all the family from $1440 per week!:
Sleeps 6 people comfortably - 2 bedrooms
Booking numbers must not exceed number of beds. BOAT-SHED must also be booked if more than 6 guests or if 3rd bedroom is required - extra charge of $40 per night min.
Bedroom one with 1 queen size bed.
Bedroom two with 1 queen size bed and single bunk bed.
Entry also has single bed to sleep an extra person.

BEACH-HOUSE has fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and ocean view. Spacious living and dining areas with TV DVD player, stereo and comfy lounges. BBQ facilities and downstairs automatic washing machine and second toilet.

* LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED - YOU WILL NEED TO BRING SHEET SETS/PILLOWCASES AND BATH TOWELS. Pillows - doonas - blankets etc are provided at the property.

BOAT-SHED - Extra room from $40.00 per night or $70.00 per night during Christmas and Easter
Sleeps another 3 people comfortably 1 room - shared amenities with BEACH-HOUSE
1 queen size bed.
1 single bed.

Stick the kids up here in their own private retreat - TV/DVD.

Xmas - extra $70

Rest of the year - $40

Please note: The Boat-shed is not available as a separate rental without inclusion of the Beach-house. It is an optional additional space.
