Getting Around:
Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited, however there are quite a few taxis.

Pricing
Please ensure that bookings in summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than 4 nights at the beginning or end of your stay otherwise we may have to cancel or move your booking dates. Please call us if you need to discuss.
Please ignore the "Nightly Rate". Jervis Bay Rentals rates are calculated as a high fixed amount ("Property fees") followed by a much lower nightly rate. This allows you to add extra nights to your stay without adding too much to the total tariff (the longer you stay, the lower the average nightly rate). Unfortunately Airbnb doesn't compensate for the fixed amount in their calculation of the nightly rate. We apologise for this, and hope it will be corrected soon.
Arrival and departure times
Outside of peak periods, early arrivals and late departures will be offered where possible.
Parties, Functions and Gatherings
This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
What is included?
Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, donnas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have (as a minimum) shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.

Overall we had a lovely stay at Bay Breeze - location is fantastic and unit layout fantastic for two families - one with little children. We were very disappointed however with the state of the outdoor table and chairs, especially the table which had uneven surface/broken boards and practically un-useable. Also the placemats were stained/soiled and filthy dirty - I don't think they'd been laundered at all.

Wonderful place to relax, spacious, clean and comfortable. The unit is not disabled friendly as it has stairs but if this is not a requirement then it meets most needs. The unit is a short walking distance to the beach, park and town. The beach has very good shade which is especially good for kids.
The house has a master bedroom and ensuite upstairs and two more bedrooms downstairs with spacious living areas. This makes it a great choice for families with older kids and family get togethers. The position near to the shops and beaches is perfect.
We loved our stay at bay breeze! So many balconies to choose from and a fantastic layout overall. Location is perfect, being such a short distance to the heart of Husky. Will definitely be back!
Well presented, clean, light filled, spacious accommodation perfect for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers. A stone's throw from shops & restaurants but far enough for there to be no noise. Beautiful beach just across the road & access to the wonderful riding track along the bay. The front balcony (one of three) is the perfect place for a drink at the end of the day.

What an great location and apartment. The amenities were fantastic, with multiple decks / entertainment zones, views from all. And we took up the letting agents suggestion of getting a platter from Vincentia Butchers - amazing!
Property was fabulous... ridiculously short walk to town/park or beach... 3 outdoor areas, with the rooftop one big enough to host a BBQ for 8-10 people
This townhouse is in a great location run by great management. Communication was great, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of space for our family.
The house is well stocked with DVD's and games to keep the family entertained.

the accommodation was excellent. the only issue is the dish washer did not work properly, as detergent slot does not open when on. A bit of a pain when six adults are staying.
We had a fantastic time showing our British friends round Jervis Bay. This property is ideally located and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well fitted out, the linen very fresh and the space in the apartment was perfect for 6 guests.
