You’ll love staying here in this remodeled 1930s bungalow. After 1 year of repairs it is completely updated in January 2022 with replaced electrical system, plumbing and HVAC. New floors and bathroom.

New Stainless steel appliances. Ice maker and Filtered water. New furniture throughout. Both bedrooms have brand new queen sized pillow top mattresses that are fully adjustable with massage feature.

Close to Minute Maid Park, NRG. lots of restaurants on Washington Corridor.

In the backyard there is a propane grill and picnic table.

Nice home close to downtown

This is nice 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, with nice updates located close to downtown Houston. Unfortunately , we had to be there for a convention when the hurricane hit and lost power for most of our stay. The owner was super accommodating and quick to respond to messages, etc. Had it not been for that, I’m certain it would’ve been a perfect place for our stay. The only negative was the proximity to the railroad tracks with trains running pretty frequently and again, may not be as much of an issue, if power had been on and we didn’t have to sleep with the windows open.

I've been staying in a lot of Vrbos lately and this was by far my favorite. It felt homey, is in a great location, great communication with the host and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, located conveniently to most of the city!

Came to the city with my parents to go to an Astros game and do some other things since we had never been to Houston. Had a great time, place was clean and in a great location!

Thanksgiving visit

My husband, my mother and I went to Houston to visit our daughter over Thanksgiving. We selected this property for its proximity to our daughter’s apartment. We were VERY pleased with the location and the house. It was super easy to check in and the house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. With the nice kitchen, well lit living space and comfortable beds, it would be easy to stay for a longer visit. Thanks Kellie!

Owner very responsive and attentive.

We checked in to our little bungalow late in the evening. House was well-lit and easy to park our oversized vehicle. House is fully equipped with 'smart technology '. Living room has comfy and roomy wrap-around corner couches, with pillows and throw blankets. Kitchen is modern and roomy. Beds were very comfortable. After arriving, we had an issue with the heat that we couldn't fix on our own. The owner was very responsive when we called at midnight. Owner did everything possible to resolve the issue, including personnally coming to the property . Kelli went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Kelli is the kind of owner that everyone would want handling their stay. Thank you for our Houston overnight.

I’m from Houston. I live 1.5 miles from the bungalow. It was a project for me to restore it to its 1930 glory but even better. It took 18 months and I did a lot of the work myself.
