Our newer home is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Virginia. Thoughtfully designed with guests in mind, it features 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and two primary suites with walk-in showers.

In 2023, we added a beautiful grotto-style waterfall to the backyard, creating a peaceful outdoor retreat. The backyard also includes a children's playset. Please note that the decorative pond is approximately 3 feet deep and is not intended for swimming.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Run the first load of sheets in hot water. Don’t overload the machine. Leave the rest in the laundry room.

Take out trash to the trash cans, recyclables to recycle cans outside. If your stay including Sunday, please put out cans to the street.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No drugs. No smoking. No pets. Don’t leave trash around the house. Throw trash in provided garbage cans.

Run all dirty dishes including coffee pot if it is used. Move used linen and towels to laundry room. Wash as much laundry if possible.

Why they chose this property

When we discovered this property in Hampton, VA, we thought it would be the perfect location for a vacation rental. It's semi-secluded with trees and bushes separating the house from neighbors behind the property. The house is located on a street which provides easy access to main roads in the area which can take you to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment locations.

What makes this property unique

In 2023, a Grotto waterfall feature was added with surrounding 3-foot pond. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in showers, as well as a lovely play set in the back yard. The 1st floor master closet was converted into a simple nursery with a crib and baby swing. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king size bed for parents and a twin size bed for a child.
