About this property

Lochanside Estate Berrima

Lochanside Estate, in the quaint township of Berrima in New South Wales. While you are visiting the Southern Highlands, come and visit our bed and breakfast and self contained apartments, where you will be treated to comfort and relaxation in a beautiful atmosphere, just 5 minutes from the heart of Bowral.

Lochanside Bed and Breakfast is located in a very easy to find location only a one minute drive north of Berrima, and just off the Old Hume Highway.

Our Australian colonial home is surrounded by 5 tree lined acres. Take a stroll around our beautiful gardens and be amazed at what each season brings... sit by the pond and see the wild ducks that visit daily.

The Cottage Room (suits 1 couple)

The Cottage Room is separate to the main house and is a very spacious room with a large ensuite. It has microwave, kettle, toaster, single hotplate and mini fridge. (self contained)

The room is tastefully decorated and all bath and bed linen is supplied.

Guests will be provided with a simple continental breakfast hamper containing breads, muffins, cereals, juices and an assortment of jams and spreads. Bacon and eggs are also provided should you wish to cook your breakfast in your room.

It was lovely to have a farm stay, to wake up to see horses grazing nearby and geese by the water. Our host was flexible and helpful. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the B&B is spacious with beautiful green views of the farm.

The property itself is beautiful. Beehives and farmland surrounding.The cabin is spacious and had everything we needed. I'd only recommend they air it out a bit more frequently.It is within driving distance to the town centre and surrounding venues.

Lovely cosy and inviting studio cottage - perfect for a weekend in the Highlands. Comfortable stay had everything we needed. Enjoyed the breakfast supplies. Great location. Wasnt sure if the heated towel rail worked but it would have been nice to get the towels dry prob not normally needed only that it was a wet humid weekend and they stayed damp. The windows were hard to open but again prob due the wet damp weather but needed to open them as quite a strong damp musty smell in the room.
