The house is immaculate, comfortable and perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning beauty of surrounding mountains. Our group has had a fantastic stay and we left with wonderful memorirs.

Trapper's Cottage is in an ideal location to all Mt Beauty has to offer. A thoughtfully equipped cottage on the main road into & out of town. We met Sonja & Mike & they are a lovely, hard working couple. Fabulous stay

Trappers Cottage is a very comfortable and unique place to stay. Gorgeous handmade cabinets, lovely gardens and great view to the mountains. The artwork and quirky decorations are a delight.

Trappers cottage was a pleasure to stay at. We arrived late in the evening to a welcome light and a warm inviting cottage. It was a clean and cosy and close enough to walk into town.Would love to stay there again when there’s actually some snow. Sonja is a great host. Highly recommend!

Magical cottage

Beautiful relaxing cottage

From the time we opened the door of Trappers Cottage we were relaxed, the beautiful lemon myrtle and citrus scent as we walked in, the beautiful interior design, furnishings and the gorgeous garden with great views of the mountains. Everything about Trappers Cottage was wonderful and we will definitely be staying there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights at Trappers Cottage. Super comfortable for a family of 4. Located a close distance to the town centre and other attractions including the Gorge Walk, Big Hill MTB Park and a bit further on to Falls Creek. Sonja was very responsive to all communication. Always a pleasure to stay

Always a pleasure to stay. Very clean, so organised, little things that are provided such as dishwasher & laundry soap which I’m grateful for. Games and dvds, books for the kids, beautiful view of the mountains where I grew up. I could keep going on. Until next time!

Not long enough!

It was a beautiful house but unfortunately we couldn’t stay as our baby was unsettled and I’d forgotten half the baby stuff! Hopefully next time we will stay longer

Loved our stay - this a beautiful property, warm and cosy, with everything you need! Easy to find and get around, and a relatively short drive to the ski fields. Trappers Cottage was the perfect location to enjoy a retreat in the mountains. More than enough space for us to enjoy some yoga, healthy cooking and relaxation on the couch! Also have great facilities outside for bbq and taking in the breathtaking views of Mt Bogong. Thank you.

Idyllic Cottage

Trappers Cottage is so unique.The craftsmanship is beautiful.Lotsa love went into renovating this place..Great view from the deck.Sonja's attention to detail and cleanliness is uncompromising. Can't wait to stay here again

Fantastic property

This was a great place to stay for our family ski holiday, well located to drive to either Falls Creek or Hotham. Extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The setting is beautiful - would be fantastic to come back in summer and enjoy the outdoor space a bit more.

Lovely Mount Beauty escape

Very comfortable and well located property with amazing views and great living space in an artistically constructed house surrounded by citrus trees, historical relics and a running brook in the side yard.
