The residence enjoys a privileged location 1.5 miles from Vaison La Romaine. You benefit from the close proximity of the town with its shops, its lively atmosphere while being in a quiet and green.
Upon entry, the gate opens onto a beautiful aisle serving each course around which are organized homes. At the end of the aisle, reserved for residents of the area, the pool is a cool haven with beautiful views of Mount Ventoux.
Home to both functional and comfortable with a terrace, a garden shed and parking. It comprises on the ground floor: living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, TV, toilet and a terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 person bed and a bathroom with bath and shower
