About this property

Little taste of Heaven, 5 min walk to pool/hot tub, close to hikes & restaurants

Our home is charming, cozy & comfortable. It is a single-story home located in the heart of the ‘Nepenthe Neighborhood’ an upscale community in West Sedona. **NO PETS ALLOWED** It is only a 5 minute walk to ‘Nepenthe’s private pool’ We have 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Parking is limited with a 2 car garage - your vehicle must be 18ft long or less to fit & no taller vehicles will fit either (there is no other parking available) We have a very large private backyard brick patio with a fire pit you can stargaze at night & enjoy your coffee out on the patio in the morning. There is a partial view of Mt Thunder from the patio as well. You can walk to restaurants, hikes, theaters, banks, and grocery stores.... Beautifully decorated, with a touch of personal artwork. The ‘Nepenthe Community pool’ is always heated from May 1st through September 30th..... If the night temp stays above 50 degrees it will be heated earlier & last longer, but it is always open. Our hot tub is open all year round as well! You must have our pool key to enter ~ We are about 2 1/2 miles to uptown Sedona. We are around 1 mile to Sunset park (Tennis court & basketball court) Playground area too. We have 2 bicycle’s, 2 tennis rackets & badminton available to use as well ~

What an amazing property with wonderful hosts, Julie and Greg! We had 3 couples stay here for a wedding and 5 days of hiking the Sedona area. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It far exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable bedding and furniture, gorgeous patio area, plus so many extras! We stayed in mid October and were still able to enjoy the community pool and hot tub after long hikes. There are so many hiking trails in close proximity to the home, and the free pass the hosts offer is definitely a plus. We were also only a couple of hours drive to the beautiful Grand Canyon area. It was great that the hosts had coolers available for our longer days of hiking. The kitchen also had so many extras too, including many condiments. The washer and dryer on the property were a plus for our group too. Julie and Greg were always in contact with us in case we had questions and were so quick to respond when we asked for recommendations for hiking trails and places to dine. They also sent a list of places to visit, dine and hike before we arrived. Check in & check out were very easy with great instructions. We highly recommended this property and hope to come back again soon to the beautiful Sedona area!

Great place! The only issue I ran into was the level of noise from the AC unit next to the master bedroom. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Family trip to Sedona

We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend for other groups / families! We enjoyed the shower water pressure, laundry, well equipped kitchen, board games and tv after our day hikes in the area :) The neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to supermarkets and trail heads.

Excellent stay!

The townhouse was perfect! It included everything we needed, was very comfortable and the location is central to everything in town. From the moment we stepped inside it felt warm and welcoming, just like home. It was very quiet and the complex is beautiful and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Great Property and Owners

Our family stayed for almost a week at Gail and Greg's condo/home and couldn't be happier. The condo was delightful and close to everything in Sedona. It was exactly as described and Gail provided us with all sorts of information about the condo, hiking, restaurants, things to do in and around Sedona, and were available when we needed them. They were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend staying at their condo if you plan on spending any time in Sedona.

Views for days!

We booked this trip as a 40th celebration with 3 of my best friends from high school. The villa is so cozy and the views from the patio are amazing! It is close to many shops, hiking, grocery stores. The pool is walking distance. The hosts were so sweet and easy and quick with communication. Cannot say enough good things about staying here!

Weekend in Sedona

Our weekend trip to Sedona was fantastic because Julie and Greg are outstanding hosts. Their property is one of the cleanest we’ve stayed at and is perfect for those with allergies to smoke and pets. It’s a very comfortable and functional property with everything you would need for your stay. I highly recommend this property and will now make it my first choice when staying in Sedona.

Girls trip

Great place to stay! Only thing I’d recommend is changing the shower head to a bigger one, it was too small and very short in the main bath for anyone over 5’7”. We also paid a cleaning fee and don’t understand why we had to pull sheets and take out trash if we paid a hefty cleaning fee. Otherwise we loved where we stayed.

Great property, great communication

We were only able to stay a couple nights in Sedona this trip, but loved the townhome and area. Convenient, but not right in Uptown, which we like. The pool area was great for us and our kids, and the townhome clean and well stocked. Communication with Julie was great, both before and during our trip. We won't hesitate to rent this property again when we return!

We lived in the NW and now live in Surprise & Sedona ~ We are so excited to be a part of the Sedona Community :-) We have our beautiful Townhome as comfortable and nice as possible, so our guests will want to come back time & time again...... We plan on using it as much as we can as well!

Why they chose this property

You can easily walk to the grocery and restaurants, movie theater, and even to the Airport Loop trail head. Access to trails and views from Dry Creek Road are only 5 minutes away. You can't beat it .....fabulous Community, comfortable and well stocked with all of your cooking needs. TV's in living room and master bedroom too. Both TV’s are Smart TV with access to our Free Netflix, YouTube acct & free wifi as well. Relaxing community pool & hot tub too!

What makes this property unique

We have shutters through out the entire home which creates a homey feeling with lots of privacy. There is a wonderful brick patio with a fire pit and chairs, with a view of Mt Thunder & stars at night! We have 'The Hotel Collection' sheets for the comfort of our guests along with very comfortable beds. (Look at our reviews!) Most of the artwork on our walls is painted by my husband ‘Greg’ & available to purchase if you'd like. (Acrylic on canvas)
