The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway, providing both convenience and privacy. • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

The condo was just as they described and the view from the 11th floor was amazing. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for cooking. Tradewinds is right in the heart of Orange beach with plenty of things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

View was fantastic! The construction in the condos beside the building wasn’t ideal, but didn’t ruin the stay. Balcony would have been awesome, except for the amount of skunky smell of pot that kept us from being able to enjoy it. Beds are super hard and pillows, trash. But overall the stay was very nice. Maintenance had to be called and they were prompt and took care of the problem we had in the kitchen.
