Family vacation! Very nice in all of this aspects, except the road was in construction getting to the house, definitely 4x4 vehicle is need it!

Villa Wow Wow

Great family villa. Had a wonderful time, the views are spectacular. The staff was friendly and attentive. Suggest an AWD or 4WD to go up the hill.

Amazing Property and attention

The property was beautiful and amazing. I highly recommend but please do keep in mind is it s bit difficult to get to with a normal car, especially if raining.

The villa was amazing! Loved the pool area! The view was spectacular! Areli the housekeeper was always available and prepared us a wonderful meal. Ricardo the caretaker went above and beyond when our vehicle couldn't make it up the steep, wet driveway. The listing is inaccurate. You absolutely must have a 4 wheel drive! There is no beach within walking distance, nor would you try to walk anywhere, that driveway is ridiculously steep and slick. There is no air conditioning, so choose your stay accordingly. There is no "breakfast set up" by the housekeeper, but she is available for an additional fee. I would recommend Villa Wow, but would want others to know more accurate details.

Paradise in the hills above Las Terrenas

Tony is an amazing host, and the on-site caretaker Luiz is incredibly friendly and helpful. Beautifully appointed villa and well equipped kitchen. The drive to the villa is steep - we didn’t have a 4 wheel drive but you’d be better off with one if you can get one. Groceries, beach and more are a short drive down into town. However with the spectacular views and large pool - you may never leave the villa! WOW!

11 day stay at Villa Wow!!

This property was in excellent condition! Communication with property management was a bit difficult because of language barriers. I would go back again, property requires an all wheel drive vehicle to get too…. Thank you Villa Wow! You didn’t disappoint!!❤️❤️🥥🌴🇩🇴

Wonderful stay!

The villa is beautiful, clean, safe, comfortable! The view is amazing! The pool is amazing! Tony is an excellent host and responds immediately. The town, beaches, marketplaces are about 10 minutes to drive. We used to go the Sirena supermarket for groceries; they accept credit cards. However, the road to the villa is difficult, steep, and ugly. You need all-wheel drive SUV. A minor problem was the communication with the property management, they are very nice people, but speak Spanish only. We used the Google translator/live conversations, it was funny, but not always accurate. Anyway overall it was the exceptional stay!

Amazing view.

Luis and Arelis was really nice, they was on top of the game really friendly and hardworking staff. The house was beautiful but uncomfortable, the rooms had AC but room didn’t cool off enough. They charged AC electricity on the top of the price. Electricity left couple of times and we didn’t have power in the house. They have two dogs and one of them got in the property and their business. I’ll recommend to have more outdoor fan, regular windows on the bedroom.

Will start from the beginning Hard to find the place because as I am from nyc couldn’t find the place Host did provide location but for some reason wasn’t working on my phone Host doesn’t answer the phone and long taking to reply messages So that was frustrating Second going up to the villa is very dangerous roads and cars were not good to go up or down those dangerous hills so basically we were prisoners unless we paid VERY EXPENSIVE DRIVERS SO WHEN THEY SAW MOVEMENT STARTED CALLING ME AND HARRASING ME TO ASK HOW MANG PEOPLE ARE IN THE HOUSE mind you im wasting hell of money because noone wants to come up or down this roads Host SAID is obligated to get cleaning DONT LIKE THAT CANT FORCE ANYTHING ON ME **the host that lives in the property is very nice and helpful** The property is well maintained and has everything I need But the road and the harassment HAS TO COME TO A BETTER SERVICE FOR PAYING CLIENTS

I have been booking vacations for many years and I have never encountered the problem we encountered in this property. Which is in my opinion a health concern. The house has rats. The rats ate our bananas, papayas, bread, etc. There were rat droppings continuously every day on the kitchen counters, window sills, on the sofa. One day when watching TV one rat came out of the book shelf and ran in our direction under our feet and under the sofa. The caretaker put a rat trap but the rats got to the cheese without activating the trap. When I contacted Tony the host he said food should not be left out. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!! See pictures, I am not able to attach the video because it is not supported.

Agradable

La propiedad es Hermosa, grande y muy cómoda. Luis quien cuida la casa siempre está pendiente de lo que necesites y todas las mañanas limpia las areas comunes. Lo que si no te dicen esque el acceso a la propiedad está bastante feo para mi, la van que llevavamos no subía tuvimos que bajarnos y caminar toda esa subida , no me gustó tambien que tienes que pagar luz aparte y una noche completa no hubo luz.
