Our stay at Damien's property was very comfortable. Good sized bedrooms, kids friendly, bathroom was well stocked. All the amenities are within walking distance. I recommend this property.
A great house in a top location. The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and it was just a short walk to the beach, shops and cafes. Damien was very easy to communicate with too. We would definitely stay there again.
We lovely the area. There was easy access to beach walks, pub meals and grocery shopping. No need to drive once you're there.
The house was clean and comfortable, with all equipment for cooking meals.
Comfortable beds, some dishes and cutlery where not washed properly. Dusty every where. 1 and a bit toilet paper roll for 6 people for 3 days. We brought some toilet paper and dish liquid as there was none there. Very musky smell when we opened door. Other than that it was ok. Thank you Damien

Swansea is a perfect place for a short holiday. So much to do in the area. This house was a very easy, clean and pleasant place to stay. Our family loved it.
Great place, lots of room for parking only one thing…. Wheelie bins were full and rubbish had to be taken off site. Besides that small thing place was lovely and clean.
I feel that the additional service charges on top of the rental costs were excessive and did not reflect the number of people occupying the property, I would like a reply to my comments.

Hi Bill. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear your comments about the service charges. These charges have nothing to do with us as the property owner. They are fees charged by HomeAway Stayz, for using their booking platform. We do not set them, or have any control over them. The rental fee we charge is all-inclusive, including cleaning, and we do not charge any different rates for the number of guests using the property. But any service fees are charged by HomeAway Stayz and we do not receive any of these fees. I suggest passing your comments along to HomeAway Stayz directly. Kind regards, Damien.
