Beachfront Studio Wonderful Ocean Views, private access to beach

This super cozy beachfront studio is within a safe gated community. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable queen size bed with ocean view, full living room with WiFi and a private terrace/balcony with the perfect view of the Pacific Ocean. *********PLEASE NOTE THAT EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, I WILL ONLY BE DOING DIRECT BOOKINGS*******************

There are two of these studios available so please ask about the dates you're interested in if my calendar shows them as booked. Also, as there are two of these studios, the fire pit area and access to the beach is shared but you do have your own private terrace/ balcony as pictured.

This is perfect for an inexpensive romantic getaway, have fun or just relax. There is only one bed but there is an inflatable bed as well. It is not inteded to hold more guests as it is rather small and all of the view to the ocean is glass. There isn´t privacy for more than one couple as it is all open area- The inflatable bed would be right next to what´s intended to be the living room area. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO SMOKING .

Just 12 miles south of the US Border and 4 miles north of Rosarito makes this studio very accessible to experience and enjoy the nightlife and food varieties that both Rosarito and Tijuana have to offer as well as a short ride back to the border or the Tijuana airport.

Within this gated community, you also have access to a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a nice little park all overlooking the ocean. There is also a convenience store just blocks away that makes purchasing food, drinks and necessities easy and quick. There are also a number of small restaurants and bars at the exit of San Antonio del Mar's security gate.

Please know that there are three units on this property. Under the rare circumstance that all three are occupied, the main gate entrance, the fire pit area and the stairs down to the beach may need to be shared; however, every unit has its own balcony as you can see pictured.
