Beautiful Studio and perfect location!! close Lavista Rd, Oakgrove area, close to downtown Decatur (10mins), downtown Atlanta (25-35mins), between I-285 and I-75/85. Close to Emory (5mins).

Quiet and nice neighborhood. ATL Airport around 25-40mins depending on traffic.

Small kitchen and living room area, sofa bed. BBQ and big backyard. Private Entrance. Jacuzzi, 55" TV(Netflix and cable), Free Wi-Fi, HVAC, Mini Fridge.

Great place to stay!

The studio is very tidy, immaculate clean and lovely equipped with everything you need. The bed is super comfortable, bathroom and patio are excellent. Location is incredible walking distance to awesome restaurants. Veronica and Miguel are great host and there when you need them, they are very nice and always willing to share all they know about the area. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

Great location -

We loved this location. It was central to all that we needed. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean, exactly as described and pictured. The hosts were very accommodating and took care of any need or question very quickly. We will be back is our house hunting continues!

My first experience with VRBO was excellent!

Property was immaculate and had all amenities including a comfortable chair and lamp for reading and a nice desk. The owner was very helpful and answered my questions immediately. It is private, secure and located in a very nice neighborhood. I look forward to staying there on all my trips to Atlanta.

This is not a Studio; it’s in the basement of a residential family home

The description states this property is a studio, however, its actually located in the basement of a family’s residential house. Entry is via the back door of a family’s house. I could hear the family dogs barking and their kids running and playing in the house. I wanted a quiet weekend to myself in ATL; however what I got was a surprise. I felt like I was staying with a family I didn’t know; very uncomfortable. The description should be updated so it’s very clear this is not a individual unit apartment studio. The unit was clean and decorated well, but I truly felt deceived as I thought I was having a private stay in an actual studio apartment.

The photos and description of out place tell the story of how it is. It is not a basement, it is the lower level of a 3 floor house with separate access, completely independent. Thanks.

Great Spot!

My boyfriend and I planned a trip to Atlanta to celebrate our anniversary and we could not have asked for a better stay! The apartment is far enough outside of downtown Atlanta to enjoy some quiet, but close enough for a short drive downtown! Veronica and Miguel were great hosts! I highly recommend their apartment!

Graduation weekend

We had a lovely stay. The cute apt had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed coffee outside at the bistro table in the mornings listening to the birds.

North Decatur apartment

Lovely basement apartment close to my family in the Decatur/Emory area. We had some communication issues, did not get access codes until the day before, but otherwise excellent stay. I would definitely stay here again.
