The Yacht stay in charming San Juan Bay Marina, located in the city centre. Around a lot of restaurants and cafes, beaches. 15 minutes walk to the old town and 5 minutes to Ashford Ave. Near public beach and transportation. You will enjoy the atmosphere and views around the boat. Suitable for couples, and groups.

The luxury 78 ft sailing Yacht has a lot of amenities.
There are 4 private gest cabins.
The present price is consider of double occupancy on standard cabin. There’s no mater you staying along or 2 people. There are 3 bunk beds in 3 standard cabins. 3 upper and 3 lower full berth. Private combined bath and shower for each standard cabin.
Fourth cabin is a Master bedroom has king size bed good for couple. Privacy enter from aft. Separate toilet and shower. It is three times bigger than Standard cabin.

If You want to occupied entire boat You have to pay $ 900 per night.

In case you have booked the cabin just for 1 night and change your mind and make decision to prolong your time on the boat for couple more nights you will get the price without extra charges and fees.

Keep your mind the boat stay in Marina and don’t sail away. You can just accommodate on her.
If you want to make a day trip by another boat l can help arrange it.

The captain could be staying on the boat because there are things that need to be taken care of on a daily basis. His cabin is in the front of the boat and far away from the guest rooms. There is an adequate amount privacy.

Saloon with comfortable coaches and full kitchen with the breakfast area. You can use microwave and boil cattle but not gas stove.
Big outside table for six people is nice for romantic evening with a candles and glasses of vine.

A unique experience, we rented smaller quarters during Sanse festival. Sol, the owner, has a thick Russian accent which makes it all seem a little mysterious for lack of a better word. He was pleasant enough but not extremely talkative. Quarters were really small, somewhat outdated but clean with bunk beds, shower also small, but remember it’s an old sailboat. I enjoyed the whole experience, not only the accommodations and meeting Sol, but the Marina was awesome, filled with luxury yachts and seeing how other half lives. Also we were in walking distance of our cruise port

Making memories in San Juan

Staying on Captain Sol’s sailboat in the marina between Old San Juan and San Juan has been a positive experience for vacation. Not only is it very convenient for traveling and touring the city but the free parking for our rental car was great. The boat stay was clean, charming, and a neat experience for the trip. Captain Sol was very cordial and full of useful travel information. I recommend this stay to anyone who wants to travel light and move quick. The convenience is a premium when traveling.

Enjoyed the stay and getting to know Sol. Boat is conveniently located in the harbor within walking distance to many restaurants and the Condado. Old town San Juan is about a 5 minute drive too. The boat is comfortable and a gentle breeze is always available with great views of the skyline. Sol, the owner is interesting to talk to and is very passionate about his boat. A creative place to stay, much better than a 10 x 15 hotel cube. Would do it again.

WE MAKE OUR RESERVATION AT EXPEDIA AND NOT EVEN A PHONE NUMBER WAS PROVIDED IT. GOT LOST... THE ADDRESS WAS NOT PROPER... ARRIVED BY 5:45PM AND NO ONE WAS THERE. CALL, CALL AND CALL... SO WE LEFT AND AT 6:45PM THE OWNER CALL US WHEN WE WERE GONE DRIVING FOR ONE HOUR... WE HAVE A FLIGHT AT 6AM SPIRIT AND WE WILL SLEEP IN THE CAR... WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. Not what I expected

I’m a guy - the owner suggested I use the women’s restroom at the marina because HE likes using it. As a guy I was creeped out. Also, I did not know that I would not be able to freely come-and-go. He asked I call him by 11:00pm to get back into the gated pier. At 11:00 he was already asleep, but a security guard let me in. The boat was not very clean inside (clutter, hair, grime).

Nice boat, but the "owner"...

Four ladies on the trip of a lifetime to the Caribbean were not impressed. We agreed on a price, but were charged $150 extra pr.person upon arrival for us staying in seperate cabins - even though we were not being informed about thid when booking. Add an "owner" that stayed on the boat so that we felt watched and could not relax, an "owner" that stumbled around drunk and who kept complaining about the "mess" we made (a couple of books and a blanket that was not folded): we were not happy. The deal we were given when booking was that towels and sheets were to be changed twice; it ended with us having to beg for it to be changed once during our 10 day stay - and the "owner" being angry when we insisted that we should not change them ourselves. One of the toilets did not work properly and flooded one bathroom. We do not recommend leasing this boat.

Why they chose this property

If you choose a boat, made unusual decisions, You have to understand correctly that is a boat not hotel. You will get clean cabin with the clean towels and linens but you will take care by yourself about cleaning your room in during your stay. The cabin is match smaller than hotel room and air conditioner located inside each cabin. It can be a bit noisy. When you use a toilet you have to throw out paper in garbage can. Anyway you will get new experience how a people live in on the boat when traveling around the world.
