A vacuum cleaner would be helpful and a bucket. We purchased a bucket as needed it to wash our hire car. We left it for others. The laundry sink is leaking badly - we did not use it but noticed rust and water stains on the floor. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

The place was centrally located and clean. The 3rd bedroom (x2 singles) is upstairs on an open balcony so all noise downstairs with people watching TV or in the kitchen can be heard although this wasn’t a big issue. It was quite warm upstairs so we put on the aircon at night which kept that room comfortable. Overall it worked really well for 5 people with the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one which was outside) and the BBQ noting there is no oven. Would recommend.

This property is old and tired, needing major repairs the waterproofing in the bathroom needs redoing, the very bad damage to the laundry/lounge room wall from water damage needs repairing, the vertical blinds to the front door do not work. The sheets on the bed are old, stained and dirty. Very disappointing from the description and photos provided.

Enjoyed our stay here.

Really loved our 4 nights here. Very convenient location, spacious and clean. Could have been a bit more welcoming with some coffee, tea and milk and maybe more than one toilet roll!

Great location, spacious and a very good floor plan that suited our group perfectly. Probably fair to say that it was better than we expected in terms of the size. Well designed units, we will look to stay again when heading to Exmouth
