We have wifi!  Tired of being stuck at home?  Come see us in beautiful Port Royal!  Equipped with free wifi, this sparkling clean 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath townhouse with sleeper sofa is a perfect place to get away for a weekend, several days, or even a few weeks.  If you're working remotely or home schooling, you don't have to miss work or school!  Located just 2 miles from Parris Island, 1 mile from the Sands Beach, 20 miles from Hunting Island State Park, 4 miles from downtown Beaufort, and just blocks from several amazing restaurants and shops.  Full kitchen, open living and dining, washer and dryer, and light and bright spaces provide all you need to make Port Royal your home away from home. Quiet location, safe and secure. Come stay a while with us and just relax.  Our small quiet town is the perfect place to socially distance.  

Please keep in mind before booking that this is an attached townhouse with full time residents all around and there is limited parking space for 3 vehicles. There is public parking on Paris Ave which is just a block away if you have more than 3 vehicles or a boat.

Convenient Location

Clean and comfortable for a weekend trip to the area. Walking distance to coffee shop, quaint restaurants and nature trail. Also easy walkable distance to the ‘sands’. Provided peaceful retreat as we moved a family member locally. Thank you for making this condo available!

Beautiful stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and area. The house is beautiful .The brewery is not far and it's brilliant. Easy 1hr drive to Hilton Head Beach if desired.

Great location

We came down to help our daughter’s family with their move to parris island and we got to have our three granddaughters at the house while mom and dad met the movers on base and got the girls rooms set up. It is close to things to do for all ages. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this property while attending Marine Corp Family Day and Bootcamp graduation for our daughter. It is very close to Parris Island which was nice. The place was clean, neat and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Trip

My friend and I came to visit the Cypress Wetlands and this location was perfect for a short walk or ride. Enjoyed 3 different restaurants in Port Royal and easy drive to Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort. More affordable than other locations and extremely clean.

Marine Graduation Vacation

We stayed at this property for my sons graduation from Marine bootcamp. Great location. Close to the military base. Close to the beach and restaurants. We loved it well worth the money!

The house is located conveniently to many things. There are great dining spots just minutes away, as well as tons of other things. The house was clean and comfortable, and very well stocked from amenities in and around the kitchen. We very much enjoyed this cute and spacious home!

Beautiful townhouse in the perfect location. Plenty to do within walking distance and a short drive to Parris island or Beaufort. The townhouse had everything we needed and was spacious for family and the bonus of friendly neighbors.

Clean, Quiet, and close to base

The property was clean upon arrival. It’s in a cute neighborhood and less than a 15 minute drive to the USMC base on Parris Island. The neighbors were friendly and recommended great restaurants in the area.

This property is the perfect location to get to Parris Island easiy for all activities during graduation week. The town is very cute and perfect for walking also there is a board walk for walking the river
