The ground floor is the activity hub — kitchen, living space, and a porch with spectacular bay views that flows directly into the garden and out to the beach. Kids and adults move in and out to the water freely throughout the day. The upper penthouse floor is the retreat — elevated panoramic views, open bay horizon, sea turtles visible from the porch, and the best breeze on the property.
Both floors enjoy spectacular direct views across Coco Bay — the ground floor porch sits right at water's edge with the garden and beach in front of you, while the penthouse floor above opens up the full panoramic bay horizon. With Lo Key Villa's direct beach access, your group is in the water within minutes of dropping your bags.
Beyond the turtles, the area offers easy access to stingray flats, swimming pigs, bonefishing, and deserted sandbars. We can connect you directly with Captain David Farrington for a private group charter — a full-day excursion covering the sea turtle sanctuary, swimming pigs, stingray flats, and hidden snorkeling spots. About Green Turtle Cay
Green Turtle Cay is a small, laid back island in the Abaco chain, accessible by water taxi from Treasure Cay. There are no traffic lights, no chain restaurants, and no crowds — just golf carts, open water, and some of the friendliest locals in the Bahamas. New Plymouth, a short golf cart ride away, is one of the most charming colonial settlements in the entire Caribbean. The island moves at its own pace, and after about 24 hours, so will you.
Getting Here: Fly into Marsh Harbor via Nassau or direct from select US cities. The water taxi to Green Turtle Cay runs regularly and takes approximately 20 minutes.
