We had a great stay here! We have visited Mission Beach several times and this was by far the most well stocked rental we have been in. Everything was clean and the description was very accurate-it worked well for us and 4 teenagers. Proximity to the beach was great. Thanks again!

Loved this amazing location!!! I had coffee every morning on the third floor patio and we ate family dinners on the ground floor patio. Our family also loved the super close walk to the beach and a quiet street! We will definitely come back.

We had the best stay here! Our family of 6 was comfortable with plenty of space. The walk is so close to the beach, and had everything there for the perfect beach day. We were already talking about wanting to book again for next summer!

The house is less than a block away from the beach. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants in the area. Having a garage to park a car was great. The pictures in the listing is a true representation of the property.

This property is so perfect, it’s hard to know where to start! But the best place is probably its location. Just two blocks from what is probably the nicest stretch of Mission Beach, with access to the boardwalk and beach… be sure to check out the lobster taco happy hour at World Famous. As for the house itself, the fun starts in the garage which is stocked with every possible item you could want for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, surfboards, boogie boards, volleyballs, and so much more. The house itself has a beautiful downstairs apartment and a large patio out front with a new grill. The kitchen is surrounded by window so you can enjoy views of the neighborhood and beach as you prepare your favorite meals. The master bedroom and upstairs rooms and rooftop patio were also delightful. For us, we really felt we were in a special escape that filled us with only one thought: We would love to live here, year-round!The property is as described on the site, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. We absolutely plan to stay here again!

This place was the perfect spot to enjoy a long weekend. Its location is ideally situated between the end of Mission Beach and the beginning of Pacific Beach. We especially appreciated that it’s located closer to the ocean side of the peninsula, so there was no need to cross Mission Boulevard unless we wanted to visit the bay side. The location also made it easy to walk in either direction to explore a variety of shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. The rental itself was perfect for my family, including my adult children and grandchild. The three separate sleeping and living areas provided both comfort and privacy for everyone. The home was well stocked with everything needed to enjoy the beach, cook meals, and grill while relaxing in the outdoor spaces. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and the rooms were thoughtfully supplied with fans, extra linens, and additional blankets.I would highly recommend this rental for your next San Diego vacation.

Wonderful stay at the beach

The location could not be better -steps to the beach or the bay. The house was clean and comfortable, and the layout (1 b downstairs, 2 up) was perfect for our group of 2 children, their parents and grandparents.

Friends getaway

Location was fantastic! Great restaurants nearby. We loved walking on the beach and being able to see the beach from the upper deck of the place. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunsets! Had everything we needed in the place for our stay.
