Gorgeous 7th floor Condo, Beach Front, Indoor Pool, Great Parking, No Junk Fees!

RARE floorplan at fabulous Shores of Panama with sliders in the master suite that lead to the huge double balcony! 2 King master suites plus a private 3rd bunk bedroom away from the main living area. Parking is only steps away and is on the same level making for easy trips in and out. We use this condo ourselves so you will find it very well stocked with kitchenware for cooking meals in or go grab a bite at the onsite grill or one of the many restaurants within walking distance. Last but certainly not least is the best pool in Panama City Beach! Please note during the winter months stucco repairs are going on and there is a potential for noise from 8am-6pm during the week.

Beautiful beach front condo

Very accommodating hosts, breathtaking view of the beach and pool, spacious balcony and plenty to enjoy in the area. The pictures are extremely accurate. I would stay here again, but not during spring break.

Late Summer Get Away

The resort was clean as well as the rental unit. Owners seemed to be very accessible but we did not need to lots of communication as the unit was very well equipped and maintained. Be aware that the pool staff strictly enforces keeping all beverages at lease 4 feet from the pool and their security patrols the pool deck looking for violations constantly. 2 beach chair’s with umbrella rentals were $45.00 a day with no 1/2 day or weekly discounts. The owner does have a few beach chairs and small umbrella in the unit for guest to use if you don’t mind carrying it back and forth. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful week!

Stayed 6 nights with my husband and 4 teen boys. We stayed here years ago and like the convenience of the Shores of Panama. Jami was so great to book with and answered every question promptly. The condo was very updated and loved being on the 7th floor because we took the stairs all week instead of waiting on elevators. Walked to Pineapple Willy's for lunch. I would stay in this beautiful condo again but not in the summer. It was wild (yet entertaining) on the balconies every night. They shut the pool down at 10 and the police cleared the beach so everyone just hung out on the balconies. Pool is beautiful! Condo had everything we needed !

Great location!

This was the first time our family vacationed in Panama City Beach and really lucked out with this condo. Extremely convenient access to the beach and pool. We will definitely consider coming back!

Everything was absolutely phenomenal. We will never stay anywhere else in PCB. Going back ASAP!!!

The whole experience was behind every expectation we could have had. The owners were great with giving us details on how to check in, what to do, etc., the location of the condo and our room was superb and it really did feel like a dream. We will 1000% be staying here again and again. We are so thankful we found this property and are appreciative of every little detail that the owners put into making our stay the best so far! 😀

Great condo!

Beautiful condo with great views! Very clean! They even had chairs we could use at the beach! Great huge pool! Close to a lot of places! We didnt rent a car and wanted to stay local so we walked! Right next to pineapple willys! Walking distance to souvenir shops, coyote ugly, and walmart! So happy we were only on the 7th floor! Elevators at certain times of day were hard to come by but we made it work by walking the steps! Beautiful pool and the food hut by the pool had the best jerk chicken!

Great stay!

Our room was very nice and stocked with everything we needed. It has an amazing view of the pool and ocean. My children enjoyed the large pool. I loved that our condo was on the same level as our assigned parking spot. My only complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself and it is that the elevators take a long time. People were packing too many people inside so they kept breaking down. We found it easier to take the stairs when we could. We had a great stay!

Beautiful

We loved the condo- just as described in the listing. The pool was beautiful And views were great. Loved the keyless entry to the room. Only issue we had was the parking garage being so busy and elevator was hard to get on bc it took so long. Condo was beautiful though and well kept. Panama City Beach is definitely very very busy, beaches were packed with a younger crowd.

I have been managing 2 vacation rentals in Maui since 2014 which we sold in 2019. When our family grew to 4 and we moved back to the midwest in 2017 we started thinking about buying a beach place closer to home and finally found the perfect spot. While I can't meet most guests in person I am just a phone call, text, or email away.

Why they chose this property

Direct views, perfect height, no carpet except area rugs, gulf front master with balcony, double size balcony, same floor parking and amazing amenities! A private bunk bedroom was also important to us as we have 2 small kids who are easily awoken.

What makes this property unique

Wake up to spectacular views right when you open your eyes. Don't even have to lift your head off the pillow. Enjoy the shimmering lights of the pool and palm trees looking out to the gulf while dining outside or winding down with a margarita. New for 2020 we added the number 1 rated Nectar mattress to our gulf front master.
