Stunning Terrace onto the Sea

The house,cosy and sorrounded by greenery, is furnished to comfortably host up to six people. The big terrace overlooking the sea is functional, and equipped to organise dinners for a large number of people.

The house is located along the path next to La Sirena restaurant, just off the main street.
The small blue gate saying "Ca'Drautto" allows access to a path sorrounded by lemon trees, leading to the porch.
On the ground floor there are an eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms with independent access to the patio, and two bathrooms with shower and hot water. Every bedroom can accommodate two people ( two rooms with a king size bed, and another with two separate beds).
The sheltered loggia has a kitchen area with a wood oven, brazier, and a large stone dining table. The arbour and arches complete the external area together with a small bathroom (with no hot water), and a little terrace sorrounded by white "bisuoli", the typical stone seats present in Eolie Islands' architecture.
The garden has several plants and flowers, such as bouganvillea, a centenary carob, but above all, lemon and orange trees.

The first floor is entirely occupied by the terrace covered by a thatched roof, and equipped with a wood oven, a stove, a brazier for barbecue, a sink, and two large tables made of typical Eolian tiles.

The house has been refurbished over the years with an effort to maintain its original setting, with its Eolian-style tiles, stone fireplpaces and wardrobes inside, and "bisuoli" (stone seats), "pulera" (columns of the porch), and thatched roofs in the external area.

As on the island freshwater is really precious and should be used carefully, every house is equipped with its own tank connected to the island's main water works, supplied weekly by a tanker. Even if the tank at Ca'Drautto is big enough to meet guests' needs, it is recommended not to waste the water.

The house is equipped with fridges, freezer, oven, and washing machine.
Every room has a ceiling fan. Bed linen, towels, and kitchenware are provided.

Pets are allowed, but guests are kindly asked to notify that in advance.

Weekly cleaning provided by our housekeeper is upon request and NOT included in the rent.

Wireless network is possible by request, despite the camp on the island is everywhere discontinuous.

The terrace , unique in its kind, covers the entire surface of the house, sea view, opposite the famous rocks of Dattilo and the Formiche.

In the days of storm on the horizon is clearly perceive the islands of Lipari, Salina , Alicudi and Filicudi, and if you are lucky you can easily see even the coast of Sicily and Calabria , with the snowy peak of Mount Etna .
Better in the months of September, October, April and May, and during the traditional San Pietro e Paolo, the last week of june.
