This cottage was an absolute gem—cozy, spotless, and full of charm. Every detail felt thoughtful, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect escape. I loved every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return.
Great little cottage in lovely tree-lined street and with pretty gardens and lawn. Stayed with my mum and dog, and had everything we could need. Great spot, great price and a great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was charming, warm and inviting, and beautifully clean and tidy throughout. The hosts were friendly, easy to communicate with and made everything simple and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Banksia Cottage was the perfect place for a weekend away taking along our pooch who was made more than welcome, as we were. The fire was ready to light, the Tim Tams were stocked up, tea bags and coffee at the ready. We loved our stay and thank the hosts for the well-made, careful considerations.
Charming, character cottage. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, aesthetically appealing interior with everything you need for a comfortable, safe and quiet stay. A pleasure to recommend this property to potential guests.

We didnt bring our dog, but it was pet friendly. Kitchen was good and the house very cosy and comfortable. It was also close to everything. A lovely home to relax.
The cottage was 126 years old but extremely well maintained. The hosts had lots of little touches which made the stay more pleasant and lots of memorabilia which made the stay very interesting.
A beautifully appointed cottage with lovely character. Excellent cleanliness and thoughtful additions by hosts. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and our Golden Retriever was very happy with her holiday home. We would highly recommend this property.
Stepping back in time in this lovely period cottage which has great access to Toowoomba CBD and surrounds. Very comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Had an enjoyable stay.
The cottage is exactly as advertised, just beautiful. It was very cozy even though it was quite cold outside, it was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend it
We loved staying here to get a sense of the history of the area. I do love the old Queenslanders and it was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the front veranda. Toowoomba has the most beautiful parks. Sandra Laurie and Ada
A lovely traditional cottage, with mostly wooden floors and walls and high ceilings. Bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and quilts for when it got cool. The garden was very inviting and it was lovely to sit on the front verandah and watch the world go by.
