The landscaping and pool design has been created by one of Sydney Award winning landscape designers. The backyard has an amazing pool with a great entertaining space. A sunken dinning space includes an outdoor BBQ kitchenette makes this space the perfect area to hang by the pool on that hot summers day.

The home includes 4 bedrooms with a queen and double beds.

Premium quality finishes throughout with plenty of living areas makes this house a relaxing retreat. This beautiful home has the beach and cafes at its doorstep. The local shopping centre Warringah Mall is just a 5 minute drive. A short 3 min walk will take you to North Curl Curl beach one of Sydney’s best surfing beaches.
