Villa Breeze has the rates competitive with the apartment prices, but you get the privacy and the safety of totally independent accommodation. No common areas of any type; garden, patio, patio table, grill and seaview are all yours!

Like every year, and this year in particular, we are following the strictest cleaning practices. The villa is throughly cleaned after each guest with disinfecting and sanitizing products. All the linens are washed on high heat after all the guests.

Yachts, marina, beach...Everything at your doorsteps!
Villa Breeze is located right above marina in famous Milna bay, and 5 minutes walk from the main beach and restaurant. Great swimming, snorkeling, diving. Villa is a great choice for families with children, boaters, and everyone looking for the relaxing holidays. Just imagine waking up with yachts docking in every day at your doorsteps!

Entire property has been fully renovated. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dishware, microwave,washing machine. House has air-condition in most rooms to keep you cool during hot summer days. Lovely pine garden, and patio area for those special family gatherings, and dining al fresco in front of the house. Patio area is great for relaxing on the lounge chairs in the shade of the garden, and large sun umbrella. Our guests especially appreciate the fact that the property is positioned about 20 steps above the sea shore with natural seaside breeze.


Town of Milna is a short stroll away from villa.: There you will find shopping, bank, post office, medical clinic, restaurants, cafes, etc. Nightlife in Milna has been said to be one of the best on the island with numerous festivals, plays, music events, cafes, restaurants. Milna has also famous original town center with great stone architecture, historic church, and famous international marina. On island Brac, there are other famous beaches (Golden Horn and Lovrecina), Dragon caves (Murvica), Vidova Gora Hill (the high peak of all island with great sea view), Skrip museum, masonry school in Pucisca (one of 3 of this type of schools in Europe) and much more.

Villa Breeze's Layout: Main House + Annex: Villa Breeze itself consists of main cottage: double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining room + annex (in a separate building only steps away) with the double bedroom and bathroom.
Villa Breeze can be accessed through the courtyard, and main door which opens to open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. Living room has pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space for 2. On the other side of the villa, there is a back door opening to the hall, and leading to the bathroom, wardrobe, and the double bedroom. Right next to the main property there is an annex in the separate building with the additional bedroom for 3, and en-suite bathroom.

Clearer representation of the property

It really should be made clear on the website that the property can only be reached by 41 steep and damaged steps. There was no mention of this on the website. Although all in our 70s we were able to manage this without a problem but for a lot of people this would have made the accomodation impossible. The bedroom in the main house was extremely small and one could only get in by the foot of the bed which again would have been very difficult for some people.

Thank you for your review. We always strive to provide the best service and the representation of the property, and this review will be part of our listing now. We will also add the steps warning to the main listing page as we like all our guests to be satisfied. We hope it will be more clear that this property might not be the best for the guests who are elderly or infirm. It is certainly not suitable for the disabled guests. However, it should be noted that we do provide personal check-in, and meet and greet where we help to carry the bags to all our guests after the long trips. Furthermore, we usually do provide the refreshing drink for the guests for the arrival. These guests were welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine. The house itself is the 2nd house from the road and the sea (from one side, where the actual steps are located), and it is indeed the seafront house on the other side. The guests usually do appreciate its seafront location, combined with one of the best rates for the seafront properties available on Island Brac.

Great terrace on the sea

The house's main selling point is the fantastic terrace with a direct view on the sea. There is shade from trees and and an umbrella and depending on the day three is a breeze that coolos of the scorching sun. The inside of the house has a nice large living room with A/C and a very well equipped kitchen that can really be used for cooking. The place is obviously used by the owner and has personal touches. We went there with my wife and a friend. The room in the house is a bit small and the ceiling fan alnly worked with the light on...The second room is ina s separate house with AC and shower. Functional but not charming. The location is close to the sea (about 20 steps down and 50 meters) and there is a swimming spot close by. Milan is a sail hub and the large harbour is full of sailing boats in the summer. There are many chances to rent a boat and have an excursion on the sea. In the evening the house is very quiet and we slept well.

Eine Oase mit toller Aussicht

Die Lage des Hauses oberhalb der Marina Vlaska ist toll und bietet einen Super Ausblick. Es gibt einen schönen Garten mit angenehmem Schatten und Seewind ("Breeze"). Die Ausstattung ist gut und es gibt sogar einen hochwertigen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Am Fähranleger unterhalb des Hauses kann man sich im Meer abkühlen und der Pier hat dazu u.a. eine Badeleiter. Der offizielle Strand liegt gegenüber der Bucht und ist etwa 500m vom Haus entfernt. Hier gibt es wunderbare Betonplatten, Felsen und kleine Kiesbuchten sowie öffentliche kostenfreie Duschen. Vor der Anreise war uns nicht klar, dass wir sämtliches Gepäck etwa 45 Stufen zum Haus hochtragen mussten, da das Haus nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Außerdem war der Parkraum in der Hochsaison knapp und wir mussten unser Fahrzeug z.T. ca. 200m entfernt abstellen. Die Lage des Hauses im Ort ist sehr gut, da Bootsverleih, Bäcker, Restaurant, Bars, Metzger und Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Fisch kauft man ab 7 Uhr direkt vom Fischer vor dem Konzum-Markt am Hafen. Der Ort ist wirklich schön, bietet angenehme Abendunterhaltung und geht zum Glück nicht im Partytrubel unter.

La maison est agréable, bien placée: proche de Milna et d'une zone de baignade. Au bénéfice d'une terrasse avec vue sur la marina et la mer, maison assez bien équipée. Manquent le WiFi, un canapé dans le séjour, une bouilloire et la machine à laver la vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas.

Haven in Milna

Fabulous property and the pictures and description do not do it justice. Perfect for older family as separate annexe is perfect for the older kids. Morning view of the marina and sunrise/sunset make for a perfect start and end to day. Location is great equidistance form beach and town. Fast ferry drops you right at he steps to villa. Hire a boat and go explore. Thx!

Härligt hus med fantastisk utsikt över inloppet till Milna.

Inledningsvis blev vi mycket besvikna då det var annonserat att fashastigheten hade wifi vilket inte stämde. Ägaren var dock mycket förstående, bad om ursäkt och kompenserade för det problem det skapade. I övrigt var huset och annexbyggnaden i mycket gott skick, med bra sängar, en härlig altan med skuggande tallar och utsikt över marinan nedanför och Milans hamninlopp. Nära till fantastiska bad och till den härliga lilla byn Milan gjorde vårt besök på Brac en mycket minnesvärd semester.

Schönes kleines Haus

Wir verbrachten 8 wunderschöne erholsame Tage in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist klein - sehr kleines Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus mit einem Doppelbett und einer kleinen Schrankwand sowie einem Ventilator. Das Wohnzimmer/Essbereich hat 2 Schlafsofas (etwas merkwürdig verteilt), einen Esstisch, einem großen Schrank und einem Fernseher auf einer Kommode. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine). Es gibt genug Bettwäsche und Handtücher in den Schränken - dafür gibt es dann aber keinen Platz für Klamotten in den Schränken. Da wir vorher in modernen schicken Unterkünften schliefen, war dies am Anfang ein kleiner Dämpfer, dass es nicht so stylisch und schick war - aber das war schnell vergessen, da wir uns wohl fühlten. Was uns störte war, dass das Nebenhaus nicht direkt am Haus war, sondern etwas davon entfernt. Mit kleinem Kind ist das unpraktisch - wir wollten die Kleine nicht dort alleine schlafen lassen - denn wir hätten sie ja nachts gar nicht gehört. Somit schliefen wir leider alle drei im kleinen Schlafzimmer. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft!!! Milna wird donnerstags und samstags von Partybooten aufgesucht - Ruhe gibt es dann erst ab morgens 3 oder 4 Uhr - ansonsten ist es ein sehr idyllischer, schöner Ort. Dummerweise war genau hinter dem Haus eine Baustelle - wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass wir das vor der Buchung als Info erhalten hätten, dann hätten wir uns ggf. überlegt dort zu schlafen. Denn von morgens halb acht bis nachmittags gab es Baulärm. Ab 15.6. darf wohl in Kroatien nicht mehr gebaut werden, ab dann hat man dann Ruhe. Wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen aber wohl gefühlt und sehr erholt!

A gorgeous spot.

We spent a wonderful week here in July 2013 - the house is clean, comfortable and cool and we loved the decor. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and the terrace has a great view over the harbour. We swum everyday enjoyed the local cuisine (esp Lambik restaurant) and took the ferry to spend the day at the wonderful, vibrant Split market. This is a wonderful holiday home, tucked away on an absolutely beautiful island - and we will be back soon.

Better than photos... great getaway

Milna is very vibrant at night with two marinas and it's many little restaurants and yet during the day very peaceful, as many head out to the local bays or "uvalas". We especially liked the Osibova Bay just a few minutes drive up the road above the ACI Marina. Villa Breeze was just right for us, it had everything we needed close at hand. When we didn't feel like getting in the car we loved the beach which is a quick walk away…we could see it from the great terrace. The water was warm and lots of room to spread your towel unlike anything on the coast. The price was great as well…hope we can come again.?

The most beautiful place in the <3 of the Adriatic

Villa Breeze is a bit of a gem, quiant cottage from the outside but inside all new amenities. Big surprise awaits as you walk through the house and into the back garden, the view from the huge terrace is amazing. We loved the total privacy and yet being so close to everything. We loved the fact there was a really nice restaurant Omo just around the corner with excellent fish on the menu. Nice reasonably priced place and really convenient. We hope to come back next summer.
