The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, Flat screen TV, FREE Wi-Fi, private balcony and an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom features a shower, a bath and a separate toilet.

Additional features include security parking and a single lock-up garage (best suited for a small car). Access to the unit is via approximately 15 stairs.
