Best family reunion ever!

Great place to stay. Grilling daily was a plus and all worked out perfectly. Gym and clubhouse a bonus! Definitely would stay again!

Loooved the pool!

My family enjoyed the pool area at any given time before parks and after. Large house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to have a large group but still have your own space. We loved it!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and every detail made us feel right at home.The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still being peaceful and quiet. The host was outstanding, communicating promptly and making sure our stay was seamless from check-in to check-out. We had a small issue with the theatre room and Ray came and quickly fixed the problem. This was truly one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve ever had. We made wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back. If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed!

Very clean and Nice . I am very particular about cleanliness and this vacation home was clean and nice! bathrooms had no stains and the floors were clean. My kids absolutely loved it - keep it up!

Great house!

Very nice house. Looks like the photos for the most part. Might need a carpet clean/change sooner than later but other than that there were no issues!

Great Place and Lots of Fun

Everything was just as advertised and reviewed. Very clean, with everything you need. Lots of fun stuff at this property and everything worked well except the alligator bopping arcade machine was acting a little slow. The pool for the neighborhood was a ton of fun as well and the food and drinks there were good. We had an amazing time and my kids had a blast. We look forward to coming back soon.

Great place

Super clean home, I mean sparkling clean. Great open concept. Tons of space everywhere. Kitchen well stocked. Towels galore for bathing and swimming. Pool and spa are really nice. Our kids loved playing in them. Kids also loved the video and arcade games all over. Villatel was super responsive for anything we needed. The customer service was excellent.

Family Fun for Everyone

This home was amazing and everyone has said "the bar has been raised and this will be hard to compete with." I've already shared the resort information with this home to 3 other families that were impressed and interested in staying here. There is literally something for every age and for everyone in this home to do. We didn't have to leave and go to any amusement parks and were able to have 5 days of absolute fun., Had some family fun competitions since there were so many things to do. Kitchen was great. Everything was super clean. Calls to the management office were answered quickly and dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. We will definitely be doing this again! Thank you for such great memories.

Great house

We had some hiccups with the amenities we ordered (cribs, stroller) and there were some items in the house that were broken or worn. But overall the house was large, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 15. We could spend long hours in the pool (we had it heated which was wise) and the little kids and adults enjoyed the games. We also took advantage of the resort pool and splash pad. We were disappointed that every outing (to Disney or Orlando) took at least 30 minutes of driving but, on the other hand, the resort area was not overly jammed with traffic.

Perfect house for a large family!

We had 20 people in our party. All ages and the house layout was perfect. Very spacious…games in different room for everyone to enjoy. The community pool was really nice too! Loved the sports complex for the kids. Lots of variety. This property we would highly recommend.

Great option for families with small children and longer stays for Disney and Universal visits

The house is quite spacious and has lots of options for room accommodations. The linens and towels are generously available. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, though more serving pieces would be helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house!

Thus house met my needs and then some. House was spacious and clean. Plenty of room space, common area and kitchen were very roomy. Jen from Villatel was always there checking in before, during and after departure to make sure we had a great experience, which we did.

Very Excellent!

Beautiful, clean and new house. Excellent location, ~15 minutes from Disney and ~30-40 min from universal studios, city walk and airport. Everything was neat and presentable. Me and my guests all agreed that the house is beautiful and it was amazing experience. Everyone had their own room and bathroom! Recommended for 10+ group.
