Our apartment was clean and we had an amazing view of the lagoon & ocean. Prime position for Friday night fireworks from our balcony. Communication with property manager was smooth & efficient. Resort has everything needed within grounds or a short walk away. Fantastic location.
We have stayed at lagoon tower many times and it’s always clean and has a lot of amenities for all ages The Hilton Hawaiian village is a family favorite Michelle and Richard were great to deal with and when I needed something to had any questions they would reply right away. The check in wa smooth and we had zero issues the whole time during our stay! Thank you and we will be back!
The view was amazing - the room was perfect for 3 people! We had everything we needed and then some. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and kind. Did I mention the view? Michelle and Richard were great to work with and had timely responses to all our questions! Would highly recommend it!!
My husband & I have been to Oahu several times in the past. We were looking for a trip that would allow us to prepare breakfasts & lunches, spend days on the beach, and enjoy the night life. This condo was PERFECT for that! We used our full kitchen, and we were walking distance from the beach, as well as Waikiki’s shopping & entertainment district. Highly recommend!
We went to Honolulu to celebrate our son's university graduation. There aren't many options for a property that fits four comfortably. We decided to splurge on the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Even though it's pricier than others, it was worth it.
This was my first time booking through VRBO. I was very nervous but Richard is a great host and made me feel very at eased throughout the entire experience. His response time is as advertised. Anytime when I had questions, he would respond in a very timely manner.
We visited the room with 5 people (our niece decided to join), and it was quite spacious for us, with a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The hotel had many restaurants and stores in its mini village, providing convenient food options and choices for souvenirs. I recommend visiting Lappert’s Hawaii for their variety of ice cream and sorbet, it’s right next to the hotel. The hotel employees were also quite friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The private beach and the small lagoon were lovely, and both had beautiful clear water. Our stay here was wonderful, and made our trip to Hawaii relaxing and carefree.
PS. Richard. I have a box of Honolulu cookies for you. Private msg me your shipping address and I'll ship it to you. :)
