This is the first floor of this two apartment building with one piece full length glass windows across both the sitting room and kitchen. The apartment is reached through electronic twin sliding glass doors with magnetic locks and a security keypad. The huge open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room has polished concrete floors, leather, super comfy sofa's, chairs and Lazyboys. The entertainment centre covers one wall and includes a top of the range, internet ready, 55 inch curved screen TV preloaded with hundreds of the latest movies, documentaries about Chiang Mai and programmes for the children. The window blinds are electronically operated and the kitchen is state of the art and comes equipped with pretty much everything from rice cookers to the newest most modern expresso machine. All the rooms in this property have Daikin air conditioning units. The master bedroom has comfy beds, an ensuite and a separate sitting area with leather sofa's and a TV.
