This resort is so nice we often have families stay for a week and never set foot in the Parks! Amenities include 5 Outdoor Swimming Pools, "Play Days"Activities Program, 9 Outdoor Hot Tubs, Playground, 2 Children's Water Features, 13 Cabanas, 2 Lazy Rivers, 2 Exercise Equipment Areas, 3 Game Rooms, Miniature Golf, 3 Picnic/BBQ Areas, Beach Volleyball Court and 3 on site restaurants. **Peak season and most holidays require a 7 night stay, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday only**

All of the units at this resort are identical. They are all managed and assigned by Wyndham at check in. If you would like a specific view, floor or tower you may request it at check in. If they have it available they will make every effort to assign it to you, however, it is not guaranteed. With that said, they are usually very good at assigning our requests.

It was wonderful to have the space and the kitchen. The dishwasher wasn't working but no worries. They brought up pack and play quickly which was nice. Clean and comfortable.

Great resort with plenty of pools. Only downside is limited dining options and you will need to drive a few miles out of the resort for a grocery store. Friendly and attentive staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Bonnet Creek. We have stayed here many times and always is a great time. We did have some pot smokers below us that wafted up to our balcony. At times it was so bad, we didn't go out there to enjoy it. Also it was hard b/c no transportation was provided to Disney, but we totally get it due to COVID. We appreciate the cleanliness & ammenities at Bonnet Creek.

We rented a 3 bedroom deluxe and my only request was a lake view. We arrived at 10 at night and the staff was bare bones. We were given a unit in Tower 3 with a parking lot view and over the road. Sitting outside for coffee in the mornings or relaxing was not possible due to the traffic and garbage truck noises. The night manager told us that we could have a room switch when one became available, We had a 9 night stay reserved. First impression was that the hallway stunk but we figured the room would be better. NOT A CHANCE, it was worse. In the morning we called to find about room switch and to ask due to the smell. They brought a room purifier and we never heard from them again. The owner in which we rented from offered to pay the cleaning fee to have us switch and we still never heard from anyone in management or customer service to check on things. We ended up being left to stay in this stinky unit. The room was large and very comfortable and the resort is nice if you don't need anything and don't mind living in smelly space. On our 3rd to last night none of our keys worked and a call to the desk said they would have someone come when available but they had no idea how long. Overall if you can get a tower and room that doesn't stink and don't need any help from the front, this place is for you.

I do apologize for the issue with your keys. It is very rare that we receive any negative feedback from this resort. As far as the room assignment goes, we do tell all of our guests the following: "All of the units at this resort are identical. They are all managed and assigned by the resort staff at check in. If you would like a specific view, floor or tower you may request it at check in. If they have it available they will make every effort to assign it to you, however, it is not guaranteed." I did see that you checked in during the night audit, very late. The later in the evening you check in does impact your room selection. Obviously, there are less rooms available for assignment later in the evening. The "premium views" go first. It did sound like you were pleased with just about everything else. You did receive avery nice unit at half of the retail price. I hope you will consider using our services again.

The WBCR is a very nice place and would highly recommend it.

There were a couple pools down for refurbishment, the main restaurant was closed on one night for a private event, the parking garage filled up since the top floor was blocked, and a couple elevators didn't work - including the parking garage one. But other than those little inconveniences, it was a great overall stay. They of course do the "parking pass" sales pitch, but were not too overly aggressive as I kindly turned it down. For me, it wasn't required for my reservation method. This place came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend it. I wish they offered a free shuttle service to Disney Springs or TTC areas - if not even the parks.
