This rental property is located directly on private Moody beach with steps onto the beach and has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is very limited availability because most of the families that rent the house have been returning year after year for 20-40 years. The property includes a BBQ, firewood, and beach toys. This is a unit in a 2-unit building with side by side units. Similar to most cottages on the beach, the minimum rental on season is one week in the high season.
The 5th large lower level room is the only one without direct heat and it can get colder in October and after. It is not included in the rental the week of July 11-18.
