Magnificent condominium homes on the beautiful barrier island of Sand Key, south of Clearwater Beach, Florida. Its two identical buildings are the Somerset to the south and the Watermark to the north. The Somerset has 117 units and the Watermark holds 116. Each offers four penthouses.
Resort-style amenities include a state of the art fitness center, sauna and steam room, billiards, concierge, 24/7 security, heated Gulf-front pool & spa, and two tennis courts and a club room with wet bar and kitchen.
Located right across the street from the Shoppes of Sand Key, which includes the famous Columbia Restaurant, Backwaters, Maggie Mae's, and more. More

Three months in Paradise!

What a beautiful setting! Right on the Gulf or Mexico. Great views of the Gulf and the the Intra-costal waterways from the balcony. Our host was fabulous! She had the condo completely ready for me upon arrival. It is spacious and comfortable. Thank you Sarah!
