Watch the sunrise from your private balcony of this elegant yet relaxing beachfront 2/2 with full kitchen and laundry in unit. Family-friendly Southpoint Condo 705 is on the pristine no-drive beach of Ponce Inlet, FL. Wake up to sunshine over the ocean. Watch dolphins and other wildlife from your balcony or go for a swim in the heated pool. Walk on the lovely beach.
All linens are provided. Kitchen has all you need to prepare your own food. Dining out is fun at one of the many quaint, local restaurants just a short walk or drive away. Visit the historic lighthouse or the marine rescue center just minutes away. Covered parking is included with your condo rental.
Our condo came through the storms Ian and Nicole with no damage, and our views of the ocean are spectacular. The heated pool is in good shape also. However, our private boardwalks/stairs from our parking garage to the beach were damaged. Our HOA has hired a contractor who has begun repairing our boardwalks/stairs. One of our stairs to the beach has been rebuilt. The others are in progress.

Best vacay ever!

Everything was as pictured. Close to everything we wanted to do. Joy has everything there for the beach which is a huge plus. Joy was in contact but never bothered us. Thank you so much Joy. We will be back. Pool was great. No hot tub, but not a deal breaker.

The condo was great and the view was just beautiful! The owner was so helpful and made the whole check in and check out process very clear and easy. Condo had everything we needed and more. Quiet area and loved every minute relaxing!

Our family has lived in Central Florida almost our whole lives. Lou was born in Florida and Joy in Ohio. With the energy of our two teenaged sons, our family is always enjoying adventures. We love the variety of Florida and the hidden treasures of its natural beauty and history. One such treasure is Ponce Inlet.

Why they chose this property

For years Lou has wanted our family to have a beach property of our own, and in 2018, through a variety of circumstances, his dream became a reality. After a little work, creativity, and prayer, our family now owns our own little piece of paradise. With gorgeous views from the top floor of Southpoint Condominiums, unit 705 has a fresh ocean blue color scheme and welcomes guests to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of our little paradise.
