The only issue was being able to hear the heavy footsteps of the guest in the rooms above our rooms.

Consider the above ratings to have an asterisk. The property was undergoing construction with noise and water outages ongoing and we tried to be fair with the ratings where the host had no control over these. The pounding, drilling and grinding typically stopped by about 6:00 pm. We did get notice that this was going to be happening several days prior to the trip. This included closing of the indoor water park. The staff interactions were easy and professional. I am sure that when the renovations are complete the experience will be great. We realized how large it was when we first arrived. We typically stay at smaller private properties so we never really got comfortable. This is just a personal preference. The property was close to many attractions that we wanted to visit so we were out of the room most of the time.

Shuttles for waterparks. The rooms are nice and spacious and we love having a kitchen so we can do a little cooking. The option to get movies and games from the front desk is also a plus.
