The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

As a guest we were offered the benefits of the owner if i sit through their 1 hour timeshare talk. I was there for a busy weekend doing Cheerleading Nat’l Championships and I told the woman that but she kept calling my mom and I and houndingbus to come sit theough a talk I already said “NO” to!!! The hotel staff were rude when we requested blankets, pillows, and a bellman to help us get our bags to the car. I will not stay at this property again.

This is one of my favorite resorts.😊😊😊

Staff are friendly and it’s clean easy to get to strip. I love the fact that hot tub is open 24 hrs.. And there is a Starbucks in the resort. I will be back. 😊

Such a great place to stay! Super spacious, clean, and accommodating in many ways. We stayed in a 3 bedroom two bath and it had a kitchen, dining and living room. Loved the pools (adults only w/ a bar), restaurant, grocery and has a shuttle system to the strip. Will be staying here again!

Matt's place is amazing, the pictures dont do it justice. it was perfect, with the exception that ee couldn't figure out the coffee maker. (that is totally on me). There is a Starbucks on site, the pools were great. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

We loved staying here. We were in Tower 1, 3rd floor, with a cafe down the hall and the adult pool right out the the back doors. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The walk to the strip took about 20 minutes, which felt long in the heat, but that was our choice. We had a rental car and we also used Uber. We would definitely come back here to stay.

We had an excellent time and always appreciate staying here. It was nice to be in the presidential suite! This year, we did have to be much stronger in declining the time share pushiness, but other than that we enjoyed a week of great stays, pool, pool cocktails at the tiki bar and closeness to the strip!

The rooms were clean. Check in was quick and easy. Staff is friendly and helpful. But most important to me….the beds were comfortable. Most hotel beds are very hard and kill my back. I woke up every morning pain free. That alone made my vacation.

The rooms were a perfect size for three adults and two children. The staff was accommodating with bringing extra items to the room, however, front lobby staff was rude. Signed up for the pressure free time share presentation and was promised high roller tickets. We sat in the completely excessively pressured presentation for two hours only to be told that they had no high roller tickets!

My friends and I met in Vegas for the NFL Draft and weekend on the strip. Accommodations exceeded expectations, amenities were pristine, centrally located w easy access to the strip, and everyone had their own bed at a far lower price than most 2 bed hotel rooms on the strip. Would recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in Las Vegas.
