The garden room is nestled in a private garden, across the street from the beach.

This room is ideal for one guest, however it can host a couple, It is a small room for 2 people for a longer stay, unless using for sleep only or planning to spend the day at the beach, or visiting family locally.

Tranquil garden to relax and grill.

Walk to nearby restaurants and convenience store.

FAU and LYNN University nearby.

No need for a car, easy to walk to several locations.


The garden may be shared with other guest if occupied during your stay.

The garden room is separated by a locked door from the guesthouse,
There is a private entrance and bathroom.

Bike rental close-by. Electric charging station in adjacent parking lot.
There is a $20 a day parking fee daily for parking in a designated space indicated by your host. Will be on property or at adjacent parking lot.
