Happy Easter holidays in Rye.

Good spaces for my family to be together or apart. Well equipped kitchen. Just a short trip to the beach or the supermarket. Easy travelling to the different attractions and then nice to come back to.

Marshall house

Really happy with this three bedroom home. Reasonable price for the time of the year. Location was close to the beach and shops. The house had everything we needed in terms of kitchen amenities and washing facilities.

The perfect getaway

Great location, included all essential amenities

We had a relaxing stay in Rye at Marshall Marvel house. Being a short distance to White beach and a short drive to Rye shopping strip was very convenient. Communcation with Dimitri was smooth and we greatly appreciated the earlier checkin and later checkout. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Excellent location, Clean

We had a wonderful stay. Everything in the advertisement is correct and even better when you are there. New bathrooms, great kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans if you are interested in cooking. Coffee machine left with heaps of pods for us to use. Comfy couches and free working wifi. House was cool on very hot days. BBQ and locked backyard for kids to stay. Laundry and clothes line. Close walking distance to shops and beach. Owner was very pleasant to communicate with.

Lovely weekend stay

A great spot for a family getaway. Close to shops, parks and beach. House is tidy with everything you need. We particularly loved the fireplace and outdoor undercover area. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great Location

Fabulous holiday

Older property that has had a rushed basic modernisation. Needs a good proper clean.

Owner was very accommodating with enquiries. However : house needed a good clean prior to check in. The floors were gritty, mattress protectors were filthy, cushions were very dusty, kitchen & side tables were sticky, shower smelt like urine, washing machine leaks, No foxtel (which was advertised at our time of stay), beds are uncomfortable, power points in 2 wet areas are not to code, clothes line & bbq were full of cob webs, no access to linen cupboards for extra storage & no access to garage. Older home that has been lightly modernised in a basic way. Good enough for a few days or a week. Usually a light clean is expected, but not as much as we had to do. Especially for the money paid in peak period. If this place had a little more attention & cleaner finish it would have been a better experience. Whomever rents this place after we did should be happy, cos we cleaned everything the way should have been done.

The house is very tidy & has a good open space, big thanks for the all the facilities and material you had provided to us before our arriving. we may need to book it again shortly. thanks

Beautiful Home

Dimitri was first class throughout the whole process of booking the home. The house was very tidy, had everything we needed and plenty of space. Dimitri kept constant communication and was an overall pleasure to stay at his property. I hope to stay here again soon.
