the resort was beautiful but the room location on 3rd floor was extremely noisy and no view. room was a handicap room so the shower in master bedroom was aweful.

Great Week at The Marriott

This was our 2nd trip to Marriott Crystal Shores. Obviously our first experience was such to allow us to invest in another family vacation at this Marriott Resort. It was another 5 star experience. Our room was impeccably clean and the staff was just outstanding insuring that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pools are kid friendly and the beach area is as good as it gets. Might suggest an additional waiter for the pool area, but although a bit short staffed, we were waited on hand and foot. We will for sure be back for a 3rd stay.

Spring Break Famimy Fun on Marco Island

I will start with the positives by saying we were comfortable with our room at the resort. Great space, comfortable beds and clean upon arrival. Good location and close by amenities! We were disappointed in the fact that we didn’t know the resort was under significant construction. A main pool was closed and it was quite noisy in the mornings outside our room with construction equipment in use. We enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t have chosen to stay there if we had known of the construction.

I found that the resort is very nice. It is up to date and kept very clean.working with Dash Realty was great. They made the reservation process a breeze for me. I would definitely do this again!
