Stayed 6 nights, clean and comfortable. Only slight downside, although property says "No Pets", there was plenty of dog/cat fur on the rugs. I am allergic to pet fur.
The cottage was spacious for two people; a little out of date but clean enough. I thought the cabin would face the bay but it was a few street back. Unfortunately there was nowhere nice to sit outside, but it didn’t matter in the end as it rained!
Stay was okay, but somehow two lots got booked into cabin 1. Sorted out ourselves. Aircon not goid and flicked the switch constantly and eventually killed the power also. Steve managed to sort it out, power back on but aircon still dead. Cheers. Otherwise all good.
Me and 3 mates all stayed for 3 days for a fishing competition was nice and clean comfortable beds. Shame there was no complimentary coffee and sugar. For guests

Property need a Rach hood on the kitchen and internet,so basic.
Accused of property damage and false display of photos
The listing online showed photos of beachfront views where there was nothing and is the host have been accused of removing a bench in driveway when we had no need to
The place is good but I have some comments, when you go inside the house it smells old and dusty and I found out the smell is from the curtains. The screen door at the side does not close properly. And last the one I don’t like is the water because you can’t use it for food and even when you use for shower.

Don't bother
The furniture and crockery etc. are old.The bed was lumpy and hard and the lounges were just as bad. The parking area was a nightmare, thankfully we were the only ones there. Everytime the other property banged their doors we heard it. Questionable on the covid standards, hand sanitizer and glen20 isn't good enough. Also they store the gas bottle inside which is illegal. This could be resolved with chaining to bbq - which we informed the owners who ignored us.Its the first place we have ever stayed out who wanted us to take the wheeler bin out to the kerb which we didn't.They also rudely said if you didn't put the dishes away you would not get your deposit back.We never paid a deposit but surely they could put clean dishes away if they were left.I thought their notes of what they wanted done was unwarranted, it's an old business.
A nice, well equipped cabin but with two issues.
1. The main bedroom window is damaged and can't be opened and we were unable to lock flywire doors to allow ventilation. Other windows could not be locked open so there was no ventilation at night. The old air cond was very noisy although effective.
2. We were asked to conserve scarce rainwater but had to have a strongly flowing shower otherwise the supply pump would surge off and on and the hot and cold taps gradually turned themselves off.

handy location for daily visits to the park and to the beach
the BBQ was excellent but needs to be kept clean as a resident big mouse lives there, cutlery dreadful, glasses hit and miss, frying pan burned on cooking surface, fridge excellent, table and chairs excellent living room furniture budget style, no wifi ( we knew that) TV one channel, bathroom OK, Kitchen just OK but sink impractical, very small and no place to stand dirty dishes, beds budget and master bedroom tiny with no room to move around, windows stuck and impossible to open. you can't change the master bedroom but the eating utensils could be easily upgraded to 'nice' the cutlery was like a toy set, we stay at West Beach in an apt for less $ and much much roomier with nicer utensils and furnishings, it wouldn't take much to give this place a nicer ambiance with the glasses and cutlery etc also no emergency number to phone in case something went wrong. The system with hooking up the gas bottle to the BBQ was awkward and not really suited to 2 female senior travellers, dangerous in fact regarding making a secure connection, surely you could come up with a better system
