About this property

Beach Vibes in Papamoa - a minute walk to the BEACH!!

Our spacious unit is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. Everything you need is within walking distance: supermarket, laundromat, café, restaurant and of course the stunning Papamoa beach which is 50m away.
We live upstairs but as you have your private entrance and own fenced outdoor area you will enjoy some privacy. We cannot wait to welcome you to the sunny Bay of Plenty!
You will have the whole unit for yourself with fully equipped kitchen, linen and towels are provided. An outdoor area will be yours to enjoy with a fully fenced backyard to relax. My partner and I live upstairs and will be happy to help if you need anything but you will also get the privacy you need to enjoy your holiday. However, no party and noise after 10:30pm is allowed.
We have a dog, however she is not able to access your outdoor area as it is fully fenced. She won't bother you during your stay.
Important Note: children over 13 years old are considered as adults. Please make sure to select an extra adult when your child is over 13 years old.

Family Vacation

Was a great bach quiet and peaceful, everything was clean and tidy on arrival the beach was close by and the sun shone most of the time lol a couple of days of rain but didn't spoil our holiday. Couple of small things we didn't have any scissors and an air rack would be handy but everything else was superb. Thanks for a fantastic stay we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property...nice and clean had just about everything we needed..from the kitchen, bedrooms to the bathroom..everything was ready when we checked in..would love to return again when given the opportunity..🙂💯

Cosy & close to beach

Cosy basement Unit, with all amenities needed to stay a few days, except laundry. Nice kitchen to cook dinner, gas oven, comfortable beds. Fenced backyard for the dog & close to beach. Only 5min walk to Papamoa domain. Good communication via app with the owners who live above who are friendly. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Beach escape

We had an awesome couple of days here for a beach escape. The place was super clean, and the beach was right there – just a short walk through the dunes. Loved how easy it was to get to shops. Big thanks to the hosts for a stress-free, cozy stay.
