Whether you need a long deserved holiday, just a midweek or weekend escape. This beach house is just the place to kick back and have a relaxing time. Come and enjoy falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. Sitting on the deck to enjoy a sun downer and watching the colourfull hues of sunset over the horizon. The property is well - equipped for self catering families and couples looking for a break. With access to the endless stretches of beach, Peppermint Grove beach, caters for everybody looking for space and tranquility. There is also 4x4 vehicle access to certain areas of the beach. Situated in a quiet area, but yet close to the hustle and bustle of Busselton and Bunbury. Only an easy two hour drive from Perth, "The Law's Rest" could be just what you need to recharge.

Great family getaway, we had a really relaxing winter break with a cozy fire, great games room for the teenagers and amazing ocean views to enjoy our wine while watching the winter storms. The house has lovely views and we saw dolphins from the balcony. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. The games room downstairs provided hours of fun with the pool table, table tennis and darts. There was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed in quite a few Stayz accommodation over the years in Australia and overseas. I can honestly say that this has been one of the most enjoyable and cleanest places I have stayed. My children and grandchildren absolutely loved it, close to the beach for swimming it was a hit with the grandchildren everyday. The views were fantastic and a great place to spend our Christmas together. I would highly recommend the house to rent, definitely value for money and everything you need catered for to make you stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of fridge space - especially if you have a large family. A real credit to both Johannes and Bea for keeping the home well maintained at such a high level. Beach holiday stay

The property was clean when we arrived but the post vacation communication has not been pleasant. The main TV in the living area was very difficult to use. You have to do so many things just to get sound when wanting to watch Netflix. You pay so much money to stay so watching Netflix and getting the TV to work easily should be be fairly simple. Also could not use the outdoor areas as bugs and flies were everywhere. It was unbearable. I got up the day off departure, cleaned, washed bath matts and really made an effort to make sure everything was clean to then be told I am getting charged additional funds because some of the bed sheets are stained. I would have though that the replacement of bedsheets is a given at anywhere you stay for hygenic purposes, and this is not made clear anywhere. You have to find out later that you are getting charged to replace bedsheets. You don't get charged this in in a hotel so everyone thinking of staying in someones house beware of these additional costs you may be up for.

Thank you for your feedback. We endeavour to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible and will take the necessary steps to improve the TV sound system. Unfortunately, we had to replace two sets of bedding, a matrass protector and a bathmat after your stay. As hosts we can't provide each guest with new bed linen for their stay there for, we ensure that bedding is stain free and hygienically cleaned before each stay.
