Welcome to Cannington Home Accommodation House 5

Our properties are located 12 km from the Perth City. Only few minutes drive to Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre (largest shopping mall in WA). All houses are easy to find and access to main road and public transports. It come with full kitchen utensils for cooking requirement. Fully-furnished. This property consists of 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms which can sleep up to 11 people.

Lounge room come with reverse-cycle (heat or cool) air-conditioner. Close to Curtin University. Double-garage with remote.

We no longer provide BBQ facilities.

We require a $200.00 security deposit to be paid on confirmation of your booking. The deposit is non-refundable if there is any cancellation.

Great property to stay in conveniently located to major shopping centre. Daniel the host was so easy to deal with. Lower part of walls in most rooms needed to be scrubbed clean but the rest of the house was very clean and tidy and little disappointed that when I booked there was a bbq that we could use but it had been removed prior to us staying and I wasn't informed not a big issue and would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others to stay here aswell

Winsters stay

We stayed for a week and it felt like a nice house. We stayed in winter so we could keep the windows closed and didn't hear the traffic from the nearby roads. This would be possible in the summer, but several rooms have air conditioning. The one in the living room makes an annoying noise, as does the refrigerator. When we were there, there were only three drinking glasses, but there was plenty of other tableware. There were only three chairs outside, so discuss in advance with the owner how to solve this if you want to sit outside. Beds were nice (little short, but we all are over 1,80meter)

Great place for us

Great house with a great value. Loved the 4 bedroom and 2 bathrm so handy when you have 2 boys. We thought access to shops and main roads was super easy. My teenager could easily walk to the nearby BP for his daily toastie. Shops all super close. House itself was perfect for our needs. Air cons in every room and all self contained. Ticked all my boxes and no problems. You are squashed on a back road off main Albany Hwy and cars car line streets but never bothered us, we are easy going though. If you want to be quiet and have a bit of quiet stay here. I was pleasantly surprised and thought being between 2 busy street (Nicholson/Albany) would be noisy but the house is dbl brick and tile an no noise inside at all. We would stay again.

House was pretty convenient accessing to main road . Supermarkets n Mall within 5 mins driving . Room okay n nice . One common toilet to share with the 3 rooms which is not very feasible . Master room has their own attached toilet . Car park in front of house or can park in garage worn raining . Overall it’s a good house to rent for big group ..
