Beautiful beach house with modern kitchen, ocean views and close to the beach and all the amenities of the Peregian Beach village. Located in a cul-de-sac it a a short walk through the beach track to the beach and good surf break. Surrounded by covered deck perfect for entertaining. Perfect for watching the sunrise and enjoying a champagne at sunset. Cool and beachy catching all the sea breezes. Polished timber floors and a designer kitchen with modern appliances. Large living area,with leather lounge and lovely furnishing. Large pool with separate entertaining area and kitchenette. Air-conditioned main bedroom with queen bed, en-suite and large WIR. Second bedroom with double bed, and third bedroom with bunks. Rumpus room adjoining pool with divan can sleep another 2. Third bedroom could fit more beds if required. Perfect for two families or extended family. Easy walk to cafes and amenities of Peregian Village. Short drive to Hastings Street and Noosa Heads National Park and also to the shopping precinct of Maroochydore. Free buses over the holiday period.
