Ideal location in lovely Sarasota, close to both Siesta Key and Key Lido beaches. Pool area was great for relaxing and enjoying the sun in a peaceful location. Simon’s Coffee House is 2 minutes walk and is great for both breakfast and lunch, friendly staff and good service. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

We booked this house for a girls trip. This home has a nice look on the outside, nice pool. Close to Siesta. Pool is not private but that wasn’t an issue for us. The home is outdated, which is also not a problem as long as things are clean and work as intended. The house itself was very clean other than the old gross head grease stained furniture in the living room. The air conditioner would randomly change to a higher degree every 2 hours. It was hot and uncomfortable. We had to get up every 2 hours to turn it back down. Then we tried out the 2 bedrooms with the twin beds in them. The first one, my sister sat on the bed and the entire bed fell out to the floor. So we said well that’s terrible but let’s go see if we can stay in the other room. That room was the hottest in the house. The beds were rock hard, and the ceiling fan was so loose that it looked like the entire thing was going to fly off the ceiling and was loud. We ended up grabbing the mattresses from the other room with the broken bed bc they felt better, dragging them to the living room where it was cooler just so we could sleep. The host offered to fix the things broken but seemed as if he knew of these ongoing issues and has failed to fix them properly. We ended up only staying the one night and going somewhere else. I’ve never had issues this bad to the point I’ve had to leave a VRBO. Some of the fee was refunded but we are out a lot of money.I do not recommend staying here until they fix those issues properly

So nice having washer/dryer. Parking very convenient. Cleanest place EVER!!! The pool was really cold (& we are used to the Great Lakes) but very clean! Outdoor space very nice for hanging out. Beach chairs/toys/cooler were a nice perk & much appreciated. We would stay again & would recommend!

As they say - location, location, location! Let's mention the fantastic neighborhood of this house. It is in a very private, safe, and secure location away from Siesta Island "season" madness traffic, but still only 2 to 10 minutes away (driving) from the world famous Siesta beaches.
Our house is very spacious, (3+3) with private pool (NOT HEATED), perfect fit for your family vacation
You can simply enjoy outdoor activities (morning walking or jogging), short walking distance to Phillippi Estate Park, where you can take your boat, jet ski or paddle board and relax by the water side.

What makes this property unique

2 to 10 min (driving) to the famous SIESTA BEACH with use of the free shuttle island service, so no stress with parking.
10 to 15 min (driving) away from beautiful Sarasota downtown.
20 min driving away from St. Armand's shopping and restaurants with Lido beach access.
