We had a great time at Beach Retreat, Kiama. The location is beautiful and accommodation comfortable. Ron is a great host who’s friendly and easy going that made for a relaxing atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay here, Ron was super accomodating, lots of backyard space for the kids to play and a super quick walk right to the beach.

Words can't describe what this property has to offer. Location, convenience, relaxation what else you can ask. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday. It's like having your own private beach with direct beach access from property. Sunrise views from property are amazing.

We had a great time. The location is second to none with outstanding views and direct access to Jones Beach. The unit offers an excellent space for the family. I highly recommend this accommodation at Kiama Downs - a location where the people are super friendly

We loved everything about our stay! The property was in a great location with beach access, was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need.It was so nice to wake up in the morning and see the spectacular view of the ocean.My two kids (8 and 11) were very comfortable on the bunk beds in the main living area, and the main bedroom is huge. Ron was a great host and made the check-in process super easy. We would love to stay again when we go back to area.

a piece of paradise

Such a lovely spot, and very comfortable accommodation. The view is amazing, and there is nothing more relaxing than sitting out watching the whales and the birds. The place has everything you need and as well as being close to the beach is also a short walk from the shops. A wonderful place to stay all round!

What a beautiful place, right next to the beach (just a short walk through the bush from the back lawn). The house was very clean and comfortable (the photos dont do it justice) and Rob and Leanne were the perfect hosts. Thanks for having us- what a magic spot!
