This was my second time staying in the penthouse and I am sad that the new owners may not rent it in the future. What a magical place to stay. I was there for two weeks to celebrate my 60th birthday and had such a wonderful time. The penthouse is fabulous and Divi resort is just a wonderful place to stay.

The condo was amazing and in a great location. It had plenty of amenities to keep everyone busy for our stay. Golfing, swimming, shuttle to the beach and around many restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped. Our only negative is the beds really need updating the mattresses were not very comfortable and many had slopes in them.

There was a problem with the AC unit on the first floor when we arrived on Saturday, so the owner booked us another room until it was fixed. They originally told us it would be fixed on Tuesday because they needed to order a part which actually came in on Monday and the unit was fixed. Other than that, there were no issues and our stay was incredible. Thanks again Elizabeth for letting us stay in your little piece of paradise.

The penthouse is beautiful and spacious. The upper deck are is huge with amazing views. The bedrooms are also spacious with comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxed stay. The unit was squeaky clean when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal if you are so inclined. It is located in a lovely resort with a friendly and helpful staff and shuttle service.I can highly recommend this property!

Very nice place to stay. Huge living quarters for comfortable living. We could have had 2-4 more people stay with us, lol. The view from the balcony and rooftop lounge areas over looking the stream with water falls and golf course were amazing. The pools were fun, clean and staff was respectful. All the restaurants are walking distance away from the condo. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Wrong name at check-in, contacted host, property manager and resort contact to no avail. Making check-in long and stressful. Closet door broke first day upon opening. Condo was sold during our stay. Prop manager showed up with new owners who insisted on entering the condo during our stay “because it was now theirs”, while waving the paperwork at us. Very uncomfortable. We got charged for a broken chair rail - this was broken prior to our stay and was clearly set into place to make it look like it wasn’t. With regard to the cleanliness of the condo, sand is intrusive in an island rental and when we tried to clean the sand off of the floor, a vacuum nor a broom were to be found. The hot tub was filled with sand from the previous renters. The teak flooring upstairs is SO dirty and black that we had to scrub our feet and wear shoes at all times. We are still soaking many articles of ruined clothing, trying to get black stains out of them. This was our 3rd time staying at the condo in 10 years and this is the worst condition we’ve seen it in.

Our family vacation at the penthouse was perfect! We loved the property, everything was exactly as described, and it was a perfect place for our family to spend a week in Aruba. The location can’t be beat, and the owner is extremely attentive and responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, including a whole packet of information on the resort and the island. Could not ask for a better experience!
