Fabulous apartment

Superb visit, perfect apartment for us, near beach etc. immaculate and well appointed in every way. Lots of nice thoughts and extras. Would stay again. Host was also very efficient and charming.

A lovely quiet Apartment

The Apartment is really nice and "liveable". It doesn't just look good it's nice to live in. I stayed here for 4 weeks and really enjoyed it. Michael was a wonderful Host and even organised a clean for me as well. I would definitely stay here again!

The place to stay in Melbourne

Wow, what a place. If you are looking to stay in Melbourne and away from the city centre then this apartment located centrally in the Bohemian suburb of St Kilda with only a 3 minute walk to the beach is the “place to be”. An excellently maintained, spotless property with a great host. The apartment is beautifully furnished and comes with top-brand white goods. It is also comes with a great selection as a “welcome pack” (milk, tea, coffee, snacks and confectionery) thereby reducing the immediate need to shop. Talking of eating the apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarkets and restaurants and bars. Equally 5 minutes away is the Tram station which will take you to central Melbourne and beyond. I cant recommend this place enough. If it wasn’t the other side of the world from my home as Arne would say “I’d be back”. Well done Michael, great host and apartment and excellent communications throughout.

Owner understands guests needs

We were warmly greeted by Michael who provided a brief overview of the apartment. Apartment was clean, tidy and centrally located with walking to rail transport and many restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable and Sheridan towels provided a nice touch. The only possible addition would be a Bar B Q, however we were aware of that prior to our stay. Its been one of the nicest spots we have stayed in our almost 3 month journey around AU.

We had an enjoyable week in Melbourne staying in this stylish apartment. If the weather had been better, we would have loved the large private deck with the koi pond!

Clean, convenient and comfortable.

A nice hub of luxury to put your feet up after a long day exploring. Well appointed - everything you could need. Great location, whether you want to explore locally or jump on a tram. It was so handy having Michael’s recommendations where to eat or grab coffee. They were absolute gems and returned several times to the Galleon for amazing coffee and service. Fell in love with the goldfish.

Absolutely Perfect

This place was amazing - had everything needed to kick back and relax in real style. Michael was very helpful and friendly. We had a minor issue on the first day that was fixed quickly and a bottle of Chardon appeared on the door step soon after ....this shows how much the owners care about making your stay perfect. Obviously the ammenaties are great...but it's also the location that was fantastic. There was so little noise as the appartment is on a No Through Road. This means your close to the beach and buzz of Ackland street...but sitting out on the deck by the fish pond...you almost feel like your tucked away in a leafy outer suburb. Tram stop was 5 minutes walk away. Coffee machine was great. Bed was comfy. This is a great value place to stay - best I've had in Melbourne for several years. Highly recommended
