ALL guests staying at the property MUST be 25 years of age or older at this property- NO EXCEPTIONS

PARKING:
Available on a first-come, first-served basis each day with three tandem parking spots allocated for the four units in the building. You may park only ONE vehicle per unit if you secure a spot.

RESTRICTIONS:
We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
The pool closes at 11PM
No smoking on the property
No pets

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. We really enjoyed this property. It’s in a great location and the pool area is nice and private. It could use some minor updating but other than that it’s perfect. It was also nice that the linens, towels and even beach towels were included. We went with our grown kids and their two friends. Loved Key West!!
