A Haven of Peace and Design at the Gateway to the Pink Granite Coast

Welcome to our superb 160m² contemporary home, ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the magnificent fine sand beaches of Trestel and Royau, and right next to the famous Pink Granite Coast (Côte de Granit Rose). Far from the hustle and bustle and main roads, our recently built villa (mixed wood/concrete construction) is a true haven of peace, designed to offer you a highly comfortable basecamp after your days of exploration. It is the perfect place for unforgettable holidays with family or friends (maximum capacity of 6 people).

A SUNLIT LIVING SPACE
On the ground floor, enjoy a superb 60m² living room. Thanks to its large south-facing bay windows, the space is bathed in natural light throughout the day.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped, it centers around a large, convivial island, perfect for sharing warm moments between the living room and the dining area.

Pantry & Facilities: A practical space for storage, along with an independent toilet with a hand basin.

COMFORT & PRIVACY (NEW BEDDING)

On the ground floor:

The Master Suite (25m²): An exceptional double bedroom (160cm / Queen size bed) designed for relaxation, featuring a magnificent freestanding bathtub right in the sleeping area, and an open en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs:

Relaxation Area: A large mezzanine furnished with a comfortable sofa and a pool table, ideal for your evenings!

Night Area: Two beautiful double bedrooms (140cm / Full size beds), each equipped with a workspace/desk area.

Bathroom: A large, fully equipped family bathroom (shower + bathtub + toilet).

THE OUTDOORS & ITS UNIQUE FEATURES
Built on an 800m² landscaped plot, the house invites you to enjoy outdoor living:

South-facing terrace (50m²): A large wooden deck equipped with outdoor furniture and a Weber BBQ for your summer meals.

The "Plus" for sea lovers: A large outdoor washbasin supplied with both hot and cold water is at your disposal. It is the ideal and highly appreciated feature for easily rinsing off your wetsuits, fishing gear, or beach accessories!

Parking: Private parking for 2 vehicles directly in the yard.

Das Erdgeschoß war sehr geräumig und hell. Die Terasse war großzügig und lud zum draussen Essen ein !Alle Zimmer waren großzügig und sauber. Die komunikation mit den Vermietern war herzlich und angenehm. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans votre maison, moderne, fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Tout le nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de la maison était à disposition.Localisation idéale. Nous étions très proche de la plage et des sites à visiter.De très bon échanges avec les propriétaires, acceuillants. La mise à disposition d'un lit parapluie a été très pratique.

Magnifique semaine sur la côte de granit rose

Nous avons pu profiter de la maison très fonctionnelle, bien agencée et proche de tous les centres d’intérêt de cette belle région. L’arrivée et le départ ont été très faciles et le petit office de tourisme à côté de la plage toute proche nous a permis d’organiser au mieux toutes les visites et excursions sur place. À recommander .

Séjour très agréable à deux pas de la plage

Jolie et très agréable maison située à quelques centaines de mètres des plages du Royau et de Trestel. Il y a tout l'équipement utile (il faut juste penser à apporter son linge de toilette). Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos enfants de 20 mois à 11ans, et aurions aimé pouvoir y rester quelques jours de plus !

Sans hésitation !

Maison magnifique dans un lotissement très très calme. Aucun point négatif, la maison est conforme à la description et aux photos de l'annonce. Seul petit bémol, il faut absolument une voiture car le site est un peu loin de tout. Maison très propre et très pratique. Les propriétaires sont disponibles malgré la distance. A un petit quart d'heure de Perros Guirec. A louer sans aucune hésitation !

Belle maison avec de beaux volumes et un beau jardin. Très bien équipée pour une ou deux familles avec enfants. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine à 2 couples et 3 enfants de 4 mois à 3 ans. Le nécessaire pour les enfants est à disposition (chaise haute, lit bb, lit parapluie, barriere escalier, jouet), ce qui est très appréciable. Très bien située à quelques minutes à pied de la plage.

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour! La maison est très agréable notamment la pièce de vie, très conviviale et orientée sur le jardin... Nous sommes repartis avec quelques idées pour notre propre maison! Par ailleurs, la localisation est parfaite pour arpenter cette superbe région! C'est sur, nous reviendrons!

Très très bien

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très belle, très agréable et tenue impeccablement. Les matelas étaient cependant un peu souple à notre goût mais cela n'a pas entaché le plaisir de notre séjour. L'accueil a été très agréable. On vous la conseille et y nous retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir!

Très belle location, très bien équipée proche des plages, des sentiers. Environnement très calme, et propriétaire accueillants et sympa. En résumé très bon séjour, location à recommander

Merci pour ce message très sympathique! En effet, notre maison se situe à 10 minutes à pied de très belles plages (Trestel, Le Royo) et du Sentier des Douaniers, le GR34, qui fait tout le tour de la Bretagne. Une ballade à recommander pour découvrir une autre très jolie plage: Prendre le Sentier au départ de Port Le Goff, à l'ouest de Trestel. La plage de Keriec est un vrai petit paradis pour la baignade à marée haute!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison à 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La location est tres confortable et moderne. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine centrale.

La cuisine est en effet un des espaces les plus aboutis de notre maison! Nous avons d'ailleurs dessiné les plans en partant de cette idée de cuisine centrale, située entre le salon et la salle a manger pour permettre une convivialité a tout moment de la journée. En été, vous apprécierez aussi l’accès direct a la terrasse.
