Newly remodeled Angola/Point Breeze, NY cottage on Lake Erie

Beautiful, newly-renovated three bedroom (three queen beds/one full-size futon), one bath, air-conditioned cottage on the shores of Lake Erie, approximately 25 miles south of Buffalo, NY. Lake Erie Public beach is across the street - lifeguards, picnic facilities, and playground available for your use. Cottage has fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator with water and icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans), patio with table and grill, fire pit, parking, flat screen TV with Netflix only, air conditioning/heat, beach chairs, washer/dryer. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Grocery stores, drugstores, dollar stores, ice creams, restaurants, bars and parks all within a 10-minute ride. Keypad entry.

Please note: we rent by the week during June through Labor Day, Sunday to Sunday.

Towels/linens available upon request.

We have two kayaks that are available for rent.

food and beverages/paper products--toilet paper, paper towels, napkins/beach towels/shampoo and soap/laundry detergent

We are happy to share our cottage but ask that you be respectful and leave it in the same clean condition you found it.

Absolutely no pets, large gatherings, events or smoking allowed. Thank you!

Only weekly rentals available for June, July and August -- Sunday to Sunday.
