To safeguard our guests’ health, we only accept visitors who have been in Australia or have not been in contact with an infected person for at least 14 days, and currently do not have any symptoms of Coronavirus.

Luxury apartment in the very heart of Sydney, living room with large balcony, study room, bedroom with queen size bed, total 65sqm space, one minute's walk to darling harbour, and walking distance to major attractions, public transports, restaurants and shops.

The study room has a single bed.

The building has indoor heated pool, sauna, gym, 24hr reception. The pool, sauna and gym are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm 7 days a week.

You have exclusive use of the whole apartment.

Non-Smoking.

Parking in the building is available subject to availability at additional cost.

Security deposit of $350 is payable at arrival, which will be fully refunded the next day after your stay if keys are returned and there's no damage/breakage.

Please note:
Currently there's a construction site across the street, till sometime later in 2020.
Sydney council does not allow construction at night. Most tradesmen in Sydney work from 7-3pm. Being in the middle of CBD, there're city noises and occasional council road work at night. Usually, this part of town on Kent street is not that noisy compared to some of the main streets or freeways. The construction could cause noises to this area on certain days. However, the balcony glass door significantly reduces the external noise. It is quite peaceful at night considering you are in the middle of the city.

Due to the current situation, here is our temporary cancellation policy for bookings made till 30 July 2020,
fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 90 days before arrival date.
10% non-refundable of total rent if cancellation is made at least 60 days before arrival date.
50% non-refundable of total rent or up to 4 weeks rent non-refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days before arrival date.
75% non-refundable of total rent or up to 4 weeks rent non-refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days before arrival date.
100% non-refundable of total rent or up to 4 weeks rent non-refundable if cancellation is made within 14 days before arrival date.

Anti-Virus Procedures:
We conduct deep clean between each guest, with anti-bacteria wipes on all surfaces.
We also provide the followings:
1. One mask for each guest
2. handwash liquid
3. bottle of hand sanitiser
4 anti-bacteria wet wipes
