About the host
Hosted by Rohan Pratt
I live in Sydney and work full-time. Fell in love with Bruny Island 10 years ago so bought a small house there. Its rewarding getting so much great feedback from guests about how they love the location, views and the house.
Why they chose this property
Great views, good fishing, lovely walks, great eating, nice community. Surrounded by nature.
What makes this property unique
Fantastic views. Lovely to sit out on balcony. No neighbours looking in. Lovely light throughout the house. Keeps warm in winter when heaters are used. Even in poor weather can look out over the channel from inside. Potoroos and possums visit and sometimes a quoll. Lots of trees around property so lots of bird calls.
